Yet on Mon. 23 Dec. 2024 Judge Howard C. Nielson Jr sentenced Ken Cromar to seven years in prison and ordered him to pay $723,028.65 in “restitution” to the “victim” IRS even though a federal tax court had dismissed the IRS case against Cromar.

Judy Note: I wasn’t going to do an update before the New Year until Ken Cromar wrote me of the results of his sentencing hearing on Monday (see below). I felt it important that US Taxpayers know what the privately owned by the Cabal IRS and Federal Reserve are still doing to us citizens. This has to stop!!!

In other news Christmas used to be celebrated on Jan. 6 before the changeover from the Julian Calendar to the Gregorian Calendar. Evidently the Global Military Alliance is doing other things this Christmas and is going to wait until Jan. 6 2025 to celebrate Christmas.

The below shows that the Global Military Alliance is doing mass arrests Christmas Eve Dec. 24 and Christmas Day Dec. 25. Major airlines cancelled all flights on Christmas Eve Dec. 24.

Wed. 25 Dec. 2024 IRS Crimes That Could Happen To You: “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”:

December 24, 2024

Dear Faithful Friends and Family,

Yesterday, December 23^rd was the darkest day of the year (the winter solstice).

In a lengthy 3.5-hour hearing with many friends and family in attendance, Judge Howard C. Nielson Jr. DENIED EVERY MOTION for Judicial Acquittal, motion for New Trial, the motion to Vacate the VOID Judgement due to SCOTUS ruling in Moore vs US, etc.

Sentencing: Raland Brunson my faithful friend and hero was shocked and his “jaw was on the floor” when Nielson announced that he was imposing the maximum sentence of 84 months, as requested by the prosecutors for the United States, but that he would allow for “12 months of time served” in this case to bring it down to 72 months (6 years). Merry Christmas? At the climax of my response in my closing comments I stated, “I’ve lost everything. I’ve harmed no one.”

So, on the 482^nd day of my IRS/FBI kidnapping nightmare, things just got worse. Devastating! This promises years in minimum security at Inglewood Federal Prison in Littleton (a suburb of Denver, Colorado). The judge also has required $723,028.65 in “restitution” to the “victim” United States. Also, a $4,400 trial fee and a $200 payment due “immediately”. My dear sweet 90-year old mother has often said that my case seems to be an exact parallel to Donald Trump’s various cases. I can only pray that all my charges get dropped like his. So many false accusations and misapplied codes, all for political and propaganda purposes.

Jesus had something to say to the lawyers and judges, “…You experts in the law, wo unto you, because you load down people with burdens they can hardly carry, and you yourselves will not lift one finger to help them.” (Luke 11:46 NIV Bible)

At the end of the string of 12 denials, Nielson asked if there was anything that was missed. I said, “Yes, the Writ of Habeas Corpus.” This is probably the most important one of all because it requires the court to declare a foundational authority in law upon which it claims to hold me and do so within 3 days of the November 14^th filing of the Writ, 20 days, if requested before the 3 day deadline. He ignored the December 5^th deadline altogether. Yesterday, he said, in essence, “in light of all the reasons already provided in my numerous denials, I don’t think that’s really necessary now. Code allows me to ignore it if you’re ‘not entitled thereto’ but I would deny it anyway.” I respectfully explained that I would like the court to make a ruling now, on the record, to finally address all my motions. He ignored my 12 motions for over an astonishing 6 months. He agreed to do so. Thank you. Finally, now I can move on to making my appeals to the 10^th Circuit Court out of Denver.

Friends, don’t give up on us. It’s not over yet. Thanks for your many kind prayers. They’ve really helped. Remember the surprising miracle I mentioned last time because it is still in the works and highly possible. Don’t give up.

We know we are 100% innocent and so do the prosecutors. We’ve been convicted of “crimes” that we did not commit. Judge Nielson was “prepared for such a time as this”, (Esther 4:14) but he failed. Instead “someone” will accomplish what he failed to do. Nielson had a chance to make history in behalf of We the People, but instead he’ll be run over by history and his lost opportunity to do justice in behalf of the American people and save them from IRS slavery. Remember, if it could happen to “Barbie & Ken”, it can happen to you!

Barbara and I are, of course, devastated, but not surprised. My sweet Barbara had fasted 2½ days leading up to the hearing. We’re in God’s hands. This is his battle, not ours. We’re thankful for and determined to fulfill our “assignment”. We count it an honor to play a small part in the fight for freedom for We the People so that the Lord can say, “Let my people go that they may serve me.” Exodus 10:3

P.S. Friends, as you know, our country is in trouble but We the People have woken up and there is a new hope rising across the land.

Some ancient American scripture comes to mind that warns us about the courts in our day. It says to beware of the lawyers and judges who would use their “cunning devices” to catch innocent people in their words so they could “cast them into prison” according to the “crime” which they could make to appear or witness against them. “Now these lawyers were learned in all the arts and cunning of the people; and this was to enable them that they might be skillful in their profession…and now behold, I say unto you that the foundation of the destruction of this people is beginning to be laid by the unrighteousness of your lawyers and judges.” (Alma 10:13-15, 26 Book of Mormon)

We’ve been warned. We’ve let our courts get out of control. We the People need to repent and stand for truth so that we don’t lose our liberty and our country.

Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail without the ability to file an appeal because he wasen’t sentenced until Mon. 23 Dec. 2024.

Barbie & Ken Cromar were falsely accused of “$1,053,028.65 liability in federal income tax” owed to the IRS. After court filings by the Cromars the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitted that the IRS had no legitimate claim over the Defendants Cromar and a Dismissal for lack of jurisdiction was granted.

Despite the Dismissal the Cromars have twice been evicted from their home that they own without a hearing on the matter, been arrested without a warrant, been denied due process, been denied court hearings, been denied the ability to file documents in their defense, been denied the right to call witnesses in their case, yet faced a Trial by Jury on June 27, 2022 and the potential of being convicted and imprisoned up to 15 years.

When the EBS happens it will last from 10 to 12 days:

There will be a EBS message sent over phones, TV and radio around the Globe saying that in the next five hours or so, everyone needed to be home for a global lockdown that would last 10 to 12 days.

NESARA will be announced to the world, which will show that EVERYTHING NEW is beginning.

Then through the EBS, they will show documentaries of everything that has happened to wake up the masses.

At the end of the 12 days, they will give out an 800 number for individuals to call to obtain an appointment to set up your Quantum money account on the new Starlink Satellite System.

There were 75 Deep State Banks that were seized and all assets and accounts closed. All the Cabal’s Central Banks have been taken over, with assets entered into the Quantum Financial System (QFS).

The QFS is run on Blockchain where nothing fraudulent can happen because everything is traceable. They can see where all money goes, which stops corruption in its tracks.

Apparently all people have a sum of money in an individual Quantum Financial Account.

The seized assets of the Cabal were moved to those Quantum Financial Accounts of The People. All monies in trust funds were moved to individual QFS accounts. All our bank accounts, savings accounts and retirement accounts were safe in the new Quantum System.

The only monies not reflected in individual Quantum Accounts were investments and shares on the Stock Market. All that will be gone! It is advised to get out of the Stock Market immediately.
