Meanwhile, Russia has said that Ukraine was involved in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, has called for a "death to death" response for the terrorist attack in Crocus and "ruthlessly destroy the terrorists". The head of the Security Service of Ukraine did not speak about the tragedy in Crocus, although his words were clearly meant to dispel doubts that someone else was involved in the organisation of the terrible terrorist attack.
