In a recent episode of WarRoom Battleground, political commentator, author and Anchor for Human Events Daily, Jack Posobiec shared significant updates regarding his recent book Unhumans: The Secret History of Communist Revolutions, which has become a New York Times bestseller under WarRoom Books.

At the same time, Posobiec delved into the shocking and controversial case of Ellen Greenberg’s death. This mystery has lingered for over a decade, raising questions about political influences in Pennsylvania’s judicial system.

Ellen Greenberg, a Philadelphia teacher, was found dead in her apartment in 2011, with 20 stab wounds—ten in the front and ten in the back. Disturbingly, some of these wounds were found to be post-mortem, leading to questions about the initial ruling of suicide.

“How does someone stab themselves 20 times and have some of those wounds be post-mortem?” Posobiec questioned. “The medical examiner’s findings clearly show this wasn’t a suicide, yet that’s how it was ruled, even during a review by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.”

Posobiec highlighted the political connections surrounding the case, mainly focusing on Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, the state’s attorney general, when the case was reviewed in 2021. “Josh Shapiro’s office upheld the suicide ruling, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary,” Posobiec noted. “There are questions about potential conflicts of interest involving Shapiro’s office and the family of Ellen Greenberg’s fiancé.”

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has recently reopened the case, following a petition from Greenberg’s family. “The family has always believed Ellen was murdered,” Posobiec explained. “Now, the Supreme Court is demanding explanations from Shapiro’s office as to why this case was ruled a suicide, despite the evidence.”

The reopening of Greenberg’s case sheds light on potential political influences that could have led to a miscarriage of justice. As Posobiec stated, “This isn’t about left or right; it’s about a family seeking justice for their daughter. It’s about understanding why certain decisions were made and who might benefit from them.”

Posobiec’s discussion of Greenberg’s case serves as a reminder of the dangerous intersection between politics and justice. It calls into question the integrity of those in power and the lengths they might go to protect their interests. “We need transparency and accountability,” Posobiec urged. “We must continue to investigate and question those in positions of power, ensuring that justice is served for Ellen Greenberg and her family.”
