Kenny remarked, “This violates the Michigan Constitution, which requires neutral verification of absentee ballots to ensure integrity.” This victory ensures that absentee ballots are thoroughly vetted, a key win in a pivotal swing state.
The RNC’s success continued in Wisconsin, where they fought against rules allowing voters to spoil absentee ballots and re-vote. They also secured access for Republican poll watchers, enhancing transparency in nursing homes and polling stations. In Georgia, Senate Bill 202, the state’s hallmark election integrity law passed after the 2020 election, has faced fierce opposition. These provisions include absentee ballot restrictions, early voting procedures, and photo ID requirements—measures designed to safeguard Georgia’s elections from potential fraud.

Kenny emphasizes the importance of ensuring only eligible citizens vote: “The fight for documentary proof of citizenship in voter registrations is key to preserving the integrity of our electoral process.” Many of these battles, Kenny predicts, will eventually reach the U.S. Supreme Court, solidifying these wins as long-term safeguards for election integrity.
