Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock have weighed in on the possibility of the two pairing up again for a “Speed 3” movie.
Reeves and Bullock recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of their high-speed 90s action thriller “Speed” by appearing on the Speed-centric podcast “50 MPH“ and answered whether they would be interested in doing another film in the franchise together — or any film for that matter.
“Before I die, before I leave this planet, I do think that Keanu and I need to do something in front of the camera,” Bullock said.
“Are we, you know, in wheelchairs or with walkers?” she added. “Maybe. Are we on little scooters at Disneyland?”
“It does feel like there is a siren call to it, like there’s something that wasn’t done,” Reeves replied. “I would love to work with you again before our eyes close.”
“I mean, you know — we’d freakin’ knock it out of the park,” he added of a third “Speed” movie.

The 59-year-old actress was cast in the role of Annie Potter opposite Reeves, who played Officer Jack Traven, in the hit 1994 film. Bullock returned for “Speed 2: Cruise Control,” but Reeves did not.
They later appeared together in the fantasy rom-com “The Lake House” in 2006.

In 2018, the “Miss Congeniality” star talked about their undeniable on-screen chemistry and admitted she had a crush on Reeves back when they were making “Speed,” BroBible noted.
“Never dated him,” Bullock told the host of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” at the time. “There was something about me that I guess he didn’t like. He never… I think we’re probably friends for that long because we didn’t…”
A year later on the same talk show, the “Matrix” star told DeGeneres that he never knew and definitely had a crush on her at the same time.
“She obviously didn’t know I had a crush on her, either, so…” Reeves replied, after seeing the clip of Bullock on the show.
And now it sounds like they are ready to work together again following Reeves’ appearance in the lengthy “John Wick” franchise and the sci-fi thriller “Matrix” films.
