Democratic National Committee compliance manager Joyce DeCerce admitted while on a hidden camera that he did not believe Vice President Kamala Harris — his party’s new de facto nominee — could win the 2024 presidential election.

In a new video released Tuesday afternoon by James O’Keefe, DeCerce told an O’Keefe Media Group undercover journalist that Harris was “weirdly unpopular” and did not have any real “accomplishments to speak of,” even after serving three years as vice president to President Joe Biden.

DeCerce, who said that his job was essentially to report how much money the DNC took in via donations and then report on how that money was spent, went on to explain that fundraising was built on listening to potential donors explain what they would like to see from the party or from the campaign, and then telling them exactly “what they want to hear.”

“You just put on a performance for them, a little show, right?” he said, adding that he believed some people withheld donations when they believed the campaign was floundering.

DeCerce later claimed that many of the attacks against Harris were “a bunch of racist, sexist, bulls***.”

“It’s the stuff you wouldn’t say about a man,” he said. “People call her ditsy.”

O’Keefe flashed back to an earlier video featuring Charlie Kraiger, Cybersecurity Policy Analyst and Foreign Affairs Executive Office of the President, who worried in January of this year that Harris was dragging the Biden reelection campaign down. On hidden camera, Kraiger said that Harris was “not popular,” adding, “but you can’t remove the first black lady to be Vice President from the god**** presidential ticket … She can’t keep black staff. They quit on her en masse.”
