Tim Walz Says Elon Musk Was ‘Skipping Like A Dips***’ At Campaign Rally

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who is Vice President Kamala Harris‘ running mate in the 2024 White House race, took a swipe at Elon Musk on Tuesday over the tech billionaire’s support of former President Donald Trump.

During a campaign event in Wisconsin, Walz criticized Musk for jumping on stage while hitting the campaign trail in support of Trump, starting with a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, months after the former president survived an assassination attempt in that same place.

“Elon’s on that stage, jumping around, skipping like a dips***,” Walz said. Moments later, amid loud applause, he added: “That guy is literally the richest man in the world, spending millions of dollars to help Donald Trump buy an election.”

Musk announced over the weekend that he would be giving $1 million every day until Election Day to a random person who signed a petition with his America PAC that pledges support for the First and Second Amendments.

The “Trump War Room” on X issued a fiery response to Walz’s “skipping like a dips***” line.

“POT, MEET KETTLE: Tampon Tim Walz — known as the ‘Dancing Queen’ for his bizarre, wild gesticulations in public — is now smearing @elonmusk for ‘skipping like a dipshit’ at President Trump’s rally. What a moron,” it said in one post.

Another post featured a video of sped-up clips of Walz zipping around while clapping and waving to people in the crowd at different events.

The governor has been labeled “Tampon Tim” by critics because, in 2023, he signed into law a measure requiring free menstrual products in all Minnesota public school bathrooms.

Also in his remarks, Walz argued Trump is “promising corruption” with his stated interest in putting Musk in charge of cutting costs in government. But, according to the governor, “Donald Trump is never going to be president. Elon Musk is never going to run anything.”

Two weeks out from Election Day, national polls on average show Harris with a slight edge, while betting markets and polls indicate Trump is gaining momentum and leading in key battleground states.

Musk, using the X platform that he owns, shot back at Walz with a short post in response to a video of the governor’s remarks. “They know they’re gonna lose,” Musk said.
