Video emerged of first lady Jill Biden rushing on stage Thursday night following the presidential debate to help her husband, President Joe Biden, walk off the stage without incident.
The footage was captured in the background of a live CNN segment after the debate between Biden and former President Donald Trump had concluded.
Video showed Jill Biden holding Joe Biden’s hand and slowly helping him walk down stairs.

Biden has repeatedly fallen in public, most recently on stage at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation ceremony in Colorado Springs.
Biden’s first tumble as president came in March 2021, shortly after he was inaugurated, when he fell several times while trying to walk up the stairs to board Air Force One.

Last year, Biden fell off his bike during a stay at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware.
