Unlikely music star Lizzo rage-quit the music industry in a surprising post on Friday after being “dragged” at a Biden-Harris fundraiser.
The 35-year-old, morbidly obese star of “The Juice” shocked fans by revealing she was putting fame behind her since she was “tired of getting dragged by everyone” and being criticized “because of how I look” in an Instagram announcement.

“I'm getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet,” she wrote. “All I want is to make music and make people happy and help the world be a little better than how I found it.”
“But I'm starting to feel like the world doesn't want me in it,” she added. “I'm constantly up against lies being told about me for clout & views… being the butt of the joke every single time because of how I look.”
“My character being picked apart by people who don't know me and disrespecting my name,” she added. “I didn't sign up for this s**t. I quit.”
An attorney representing former dancers of pop diva Lizzo, who have accused her of sexual harassment, slammed her performance Thursday night at President Biden's record-breaking fundraiser.
“It’s shameful that Lizzo would be chosen to headline an event like this amid such egregious allegations,” attorney Ron Zambrano told NewsNation.
“Without getting into the politics, I can’t imagine why anyone would want Lizzo representing them in any way, given her reprehensible behavior. It’s just a terrible look.”
In August, three former backup dancers, Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the “Juice” singer, accusing her, her production company, and another employee of “creating a hostile, abusive work environment and making their working conditions intolerable.”
Lizzo's attorneys have said that the dancers were properly dismissed due to improper behavior, and she filed a move to dismiss the action in October.
“Plaintiffs missed flights, arrived late and hungover to rehearsals and drunk to performances, entered into consensual sexual relationships with male crew members on tour, exhibited a rapid decline in the quality of their dancing and professionalism, and ultimately conspired to make and disseminate an unauthorized recording of a creative meeting with Lizzo and the dance cast,” Rolling Stone reported in October.
Social media users raced into the comment section to give their opinions on the shocking decision, with one fan writing, “You better not!!!!”
Another just stated, “I love you. Don't give up,” while one follower remarked, “Wait, is this an April Fools set up.”
One admirer wrote: “We need you. I need you. The women need you. The world needs you. We adore you. Not everyone likes me, but guess what? I don't care!!”
An Instagram user said, “Lizzo is having her Brittney moment,” while another implored, “Don't leave! Never give up!”
As for conservatives, however, the long train of abuse for Lizzo showed no sign of ending.
