Plus-size singer Lizzo fell into a fit of rage over the holiday weekend after realizing she became the latest woke star to receive the South Park treatment in the show's special episode on weight loss drugs.

In an Instagram post, the “Truth Hurts” artist told followers she heard about the show's ignominious reference to her weight but hadn't yet seen the episode. She treated the world to her real-time reaction – and neither she nor South Park disappointed.

“My worst fear has been realized. I've been referenced in a South Park episode,” Lizzo said in a confessional-style selfie video. “I'm so scared,” she added before playing a double-screen clip of the episode opposite her reaction.

In the show, two of the show's mother characters walk through a park discussing the emergence of new, fast-acting weight loss drugs like Ozempic which have hit public zeitgeist after finding popularity among Hollywood actors. The two women mention how the brandname drug and its alternatives are often not covered by insurance, leading one of the characters to mention “a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can't afford Ozempic.”

“I've controlled all of my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo!” she exclaims, holding up a boxed medicine bearing the singer's name.

“Oh oh oh, it's Lizzo!” a chorus sings as a montage of happy, thin users credit the mock drug with their transformations. In unison, the actual Lizzo's jaw nearly drops so hard that it fell off the screen. “FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight, and it costs 90% less than Ozempic!” says the mock-ad voiceover.

“I've lowered my standards, and my expectations!” one of the moms beams, causing Lizzo to literally cover her mouth in horror.

The singer has proudly boasted about her extra voluptuous figure and clapped back at commentators like Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) who have laughed at her attempts to redefine society's expectations around female attraction. Ever defiant, Lizzo blew up after the clip ended.

“I'm really that b****. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f*** to the point that these… men in Colorado know who the f*** I am and put it on their cartoon that's been around for 25 years. I'm really that b****, and I'll show you how to not give a f*** and to keep on not giving a f***.

“Oh oh oh, Lizzo! B****,” she snapped.
