Pro-Trump political action committee MAGA Inc. released its first attack ad focusing on Vice President Kamala Harris after President Biden announced that he will not be seeking re-election and endorsed his vice president.

“Kamala was in on it,” a narrator begins over a clip of Harris clapping for Biden’s State of the Union address. “She covered up Joe’s obvious mental decline.”

The ad links to a statement from Vice President Harris made in the aftermath of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report, which described significant evidence of the president’s mental decline. “The way that the president’s demeanor in that report was characterized could not be more wrong on the facts, and clearly politically motivated, gratuitous,” Harris said of the report.

The ad then features another quote of Harris saying “our president is in good shape, in good health” over images of the president falling down on stage.

It then ties the vice president to President Biden’s record — which includes sky-high inflation and record-breaking illegal immigration numbers — with quotes from Harris.

“But Kamala knew Joe couldn’t do the job, so she did it. Look what she got done; a border invasion, runaway inflation, the American dream, dead,” the narrator continues. “They know Kamala owns this failed record.”

Harris has long been viewed as the top choice to replace Biden given the fact that she is the only one who can utilize the campaign’s war chest due to campaign finance laws.

It is not guaranteed that Harris will appear atop the Democratic ticket come November, however, as the party could still opt for an open convention. It remains to be seen how feasible this would be, as the party is already working on short time with just five months to go before election day.

Independent reporter Mark Halperin reported Friday that Harris is considering governors Andy Beshear of Kentucky and Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, both of whom are seen as moderates. Other candidates include Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Former President Trump has expressed confidence in his campaign’s ability to defeat “Laughin’ Kamala” in the past.  “I think she’s gonna be better. She’s so bad, she’s so pathetic,” the Republican nominee said in a candid gold course video last month. “She’s so fu***ng bad.”
