The Trump campaign debuted an inspiring new ad ahead of the former president’s return to Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

After long vowing to re-visit the site of the July 13 attempt on his life — which killed retired firefighter Corey Comperatore and left two additional Trump supporters wounded — the former president made good on his promise on Saturday. Trump was joined by several lawmakers, first responders from the scene, Elon Musk and several others for the historic rally, which drew more than 50,000 people to the small Pennsylvania community.

Just before Trump took the stage at 6 p.m. Eastern Time, the campaign released an inspiring election ad highlighting the resilience of the MAGA movement.

“There are some moments in history that are forever seared into our hearts. Moments when time stops, when joy is shattered by pure terror over good and our pride turns to mourning all in an instant,” a narrator begins over images of the July 13 assassination attempt. “The bravest among us suddenly fallen, patriots and presidents besieged, a nation stunned to its core and in the silence of our grief, in the stillness of our prayers, we ask, why? And we may never know.”

The ad then cuts between images of the American Revolution and the former president’s iconic reaction to being shot, when he turned to the crowd and raised his fist in defiance while urging supporters to “fight, fight, fight!”

“But in our nation’s darkest moments, when all seems lost, when the cause seems to be unwinnable, when the night seems to never end, and hope is on its knees, we rise,” the narrator continues.

“When will they learn this man cannot be stopped. This movement cannot be defeated. And even when they mock us, even when they slander us, even when they count us out of the fight, we will not stop.”
