The satirical article noted: “At publishing time, mainstream media outlets were praising Democrat efforts to save the world from Trump by destroying the world.”

Just days after the Biden-Harris administration gave the green light, Ukraine fired six U.S.-made ATACMS missiles into Russia, the Russian Defense Ministry said Tuesday.
NPR reported: “A U.S. official, who was not authorized to speak to reporters, confirmed to NPR that Ukraine fired U.S.-made Army Tactical Missile System into Russia for the first time.”
On the same day the ATACMS missiles were launched at Russia, Vladimir Putin formally approved an updated state policy effectively lowering the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons, expanding the list of criteria that would bring a response from Moscow’s huge arsenal of strategic weapons.
Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Michael Flynn wrote in a Substack.com analysis on Tuesday: “Today, the world is likely closer to nuclear war than at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis. In its closing days, the Biden Administration is stumbling our nation into a potential nuclear war with Russia.”
Donald Trump Jr. wrote in a post to X: “The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives. Gotta lock in those $Trillions. Life be damned!!! Imbeciles!”
Flynn noted: “Truly, I could not have said it better.
“While the neocons who populate the Deep State, and their toadies in the establishment media tell us that it is President Putin who is to blame for everything that happens, as things stand now, these stupid, provocative acts that are endangering our nation are coming from the Biden Administration and not the Kremlin.”

Flynn said Kamala Harris and Biden Cabinet should immediately invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Biden who is “sleep-walking us into a hot war with Russia without a Congressional Declaration of War.”
At the same time, Flynn added, “as we hope the Democrats will act, the duty also falls on the current House of Representatives to impeach Biden now for endangering the nation by taking steps that constitute acts of war without a Declaration of War — a power the Constitution gives only to Congress. The indictment should then go immediately to the Senate for trial and removal.”
Russia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement posted to Telegram on Tuesday: “Last night at 3:25, the enemy struck a facility in the Bryansk region with six ballistic missiles. According to confirmed data, the American-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were used.”
Moscow said its air defense troops shot down five missiles and damaged a sixth, using their S-400 and Pantsir air defense missile systems. The fragments from the damaged ATACMS missile caused a “fire that was quickly extinguished” at a military facility in the target area.
The Reuters news agency, citing a document posted on the official Russian government website, said the new doctrine approved by Putin holds that “a nuclear response from Russia is possible in the event of a critical threat to its sovereignty, even with conventional weapons; in the event of an attack on Belarus as a member of the Union State; or] in the event of a massive launch of military aircraft, cruise missiles, drones, other aircraft and their crossing the Russian border.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Tuesday urged Western nations to closely study the new doctrine, which he said had been updated “to bring it into line with the current political landscape.”
Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky declined to confirm or deny a strike inside Russia, but said that Ukraine would use all the long-range capabilities in its arsenal.
Flynn noted: “Incoming officials in the Trump Administration need to make contact with President Putin and his staff to de-escalate the situation as best as can be done.”
