While the western [CB]s are cutting rates, Russia is raising rates. The stock market has fallen again, now passing 800 points. The [CB] and the fake news is trying to convince the people that Trump is going to place a tax on them, he counters their argument and wins. The [DS] is losing its power to boost [KH] to beat him in the elections, they are going to try everything but in the end Trump is going to win and the people will win with him. The [DS] is now planning for the post attack on the election system. Blinken says they are making progress on protecting the election against cyber attacks after Georgia reported a cyber attack. They will use the cyber attack to claim there is no winner. Will there be a push then to go to paper ballots, will this show the country that Trump won by a majority?

  •   A change in federal regulations for student loan forgiveness under the Obama and Biden administrations resulted in billions of dollars being wiped clean from borrowers’ records, according to a review by the Government Accountability Office.
  • The Department of Education has forgiven a cumulative total of $17.2 billion in federal student loans as of April 30, 2024, according to the report. A majority of those loans were discharged during the Obama and Biden administrations due to a change in federal regulations stemming from an uptick in applications beginning in 2015.
  • “When all you’ve got is a hammer, everything looks like a nail,” Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), chairwoman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, told the Washington Examiner. For years, Democrat administrations have used illegal interpretations of the borrower defense law and other student loan schemes as tools to give the far left what it wants. Now, we’ve got the numbers to confirm it.”Foxx decried the report’s findings, accusing the two Democratic presidents of engaging in “dramatic government overreach” and “complete disrespect” toward taxpayers.
  • Republicans have often criticized efforts to forgive student loans, arguing that they increase taxpayer costs and are unfair to those who have already paid off their student loans and would not benefit from those programs. Others have argued that canceling loan debt would exacerbate the nation’s debt and deficit.
  • However, the Education Department saw a surge of applicants in 2015 after the closure of Corinthian Colleges, the largest for-profit college shutdown in U.S. history that kicked about 16,000 students out of school.
  • That prompted the Obama administration to implement new regulations as a way to “to clarify and streamline the borrower defense process,” according to the GAO report. The department then stopped processing loan applications “at various times” in 2017 under the Trump administration to conduct reviews of the process or due to litigation.
  • New federal regulations were established in 2019 that required the borrower to show financial harm, noting that “the act of taking out a Direct Loan does not qualify,” according to the report.

Rep. Boebert Demands Answers from Biden-Harris Admin About Viral Video of TSA Agent Admitting There’s a Relaxed Process for Illegal Aliens

  • Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert is demanding answers from the Biden-Harris administration about a viral video of a TSA agent admitting there is a more relaxed process for the handling of illegal aliens than American citizens.
  • Earlier this month, a video of an interaction at El Paso International Airport in Texas went viral. In it, a TSA agent states that illegal aliens have a “different process on a need-to-know basis.”
  •

  • The congresswoman wrote that the content of the video was “especially concerning because the Biden-Harris regime is carelessly permitting migrants to use their Border Patrol arrest paperwork or even the CBP One app as identification. Meanwhile, American citizens in my district have been told they do not have the right to refuse their picture being taken at the TSA checkpoint because it is an “improved safety and security measurement”. At a bare minimum, the rules that apply to American citizens should also apply to illegal immigrants, particularly regarding identification.”

  • Furthermore, we know Kamala along with Joe Biden are running the largest child sex trafficking ring in the country with hundreds of thousands of migrant children missing on your taxpayer dime. So any story that confirms Kamala attended Diddy’s sex trafficking parties would honestly be the least surprising October surprise of all. It would be more surprising if this story doesn’t come out! House Republican threatens to subpoena Biden administration over alleged social media censorship

  •   The top Republican on a key House subcommittee threatened to issue a subpoena to the Biden administration Thursday as her panel probes whether the federal government is attempting to limit information being shared on social media platforms ahead of November’s elections.
  • Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., chair of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Government Innovation, is seeking communications between the administration and social media companies, like Facebook-owner Meta.
  • The subpoena threat, comes after Mace requested that information in September and the administration did not respond. In a letter to the White House, obtained by NBC News, Mace wrote that it is the responsibility of the administration to be transparent about their interactions with social media companies before the election, so voters are aware of what steps the government may be taking to limit the flow of certain types of information.
  • “The Biden-Harris Administration has advertised its willingness to manipulate the content of social media sites,” Mace wrote, pointing to the administration’s 2021 admission that it worked with social media companies to flag misinformation on their platforms, including related to Covid-19.
  • “The White House has not apologized for this activity or indicated that it would cease and desist from engaging in such behavior,” Mace continued.

BREAKING: Suspected Iranian Spy Ariane Tabatabai Receives a Pentagon Promotion
  • Ariane Tabatabai, a Pentagon official whose troubling links to the Iranian regime were revealed more than a year ago and who is reportedly suspected of being behind the leak of top secret US intelligence documents related to Israel, is no longer chief of staff for Assistant Secretary of Defense Christopher Maier.
  • Politico reports that Tabatabai has been promoted to Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Force Education and Training, a position she’s (also) completely unqualified for:
  •

  • Note that Politico pointedly asserts that Tabatabai was offered the position last month, likely in an attempt to make people believe that this move wasn’t in response to the document leak.
  • In her position as chief of staff to Maier, Tabatabai had access to extremely sensitive intelligence assessments because of what Maier’s role entails:

  • A secretive American weapon that jams Chinese and Russian satellites is finally set for delivery.
  • The ‘Meadowlands’ system is a powerful satellite jammer built to temporarily knock out enemy communications at the start of a conflict.
  • Using a blast of radio signal, the US Space Force’s new $120 million weapon ‘screams’ so loudly that it drowns out any other messages.
  • Originally slated for delivery in 2022, the weapon was dogged by a series of unspecified technical errors which led to more than two years of delays.
  • However, Space Force now says that the system has passed ‘all system-level verification testing’ and is on track for delivery at the start of 2025.

  • The Trump campaign was informed this week that hackers may have gained access to data from the phones through a breach of American telecommunications systems.
  • Chinese hackers who are believed to have burrowed deep into American communications networks targeted data from phones used by former President Donald J. Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance of Ohio, people familiar with the matter said on Friday.
  • Investigators are working to determine what communications data, if any, was taken or observed by the sophisticated penetration of telecom systems, according to these people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe an active and highly sensitive national security case.
  • The type of information on phones used by a presidential candidate and his running mate could be a gold mine for an intelligence agency: Who they called and texted, how often they communicated with certain people, and how long they talked to those people could be highly valuable to an adversary like China. That sort of communications data could be even more useful if hackers could observe it in real time.

  • National security adviser Jake Sullivan assured voters Thursday in the United States that the country is improving its fight against election interference.
  •
  • “We are not where we need to be — I acknowledge that — but I think we are continuing to move forward in a way where this is a top-flight priority for our intelligence community, for our law enforcement, for our NSA and Cybercom officials who are looking at foreign actors engaging in disruptive cyberattacks as part of this effort to undermine the U.S. election,” Sullivan said. “Regardless of whether you’re a Republican or Democrat, you should look at this as a national security issue, as an attack on our country and think, ‘what can we collectively do to harden our resilience?’”
  • This comes days after Georgia’s election website experienced a cyberattack earlier this month, affecting its online absentee ballot system.

    Q
If a foreign government interferes in a U.S. presidential election to the extent that the outcome is uncertain or contested, several remedies could be considered based on legal, political, and historical precedents:
  • Legal Investigations and Prosecutions: The Department of Justice (DOJ) could initiate investigations under various federal laws, including those against foreign interference or espionage. This could lead to prosecutions if evidence of illegal activities is found.
  • Judicial Review: Courts could play a role if there’s evidence of election fraud or interference. This might involve state courts, but significant federal questions could reach the U.S. Supreme Court. However, the courts are more likely to defer to the political branches for remedies unless specific legal violations are clear.
  • Electoral College Recount or Redo: While unprecedented, if the interference affected the Electoral College vote, there might be calls for a recount or a redo of the election in certain states. The Constitution doesn’t explicitly cover this scenario, but state laws and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 might be interpreted to allow for such measures if widespread fraud or interference is proven.
  • Political Remedies: If the election’s integrity is in serious doubt, political pressure might lead to a new election or some form of political compromise, though this would be highly contentious and would require broad political consensus.
  • Legislative Action: Congress could pass laws to address the issue, including changes to election laws, cybersecurity measures, or sanctions against interfering nations.
  • Public Demand for Action: Public opinion might force political leaders to take action, potentially leading to special commissions or task forces to investigate and propose legal reforms.
  • How long did it take for the supreme court to make a decision for gore and bush
    Answer
The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Bush v. Gore was made relatively quickly due to the time-sensitive nature of the presidential election dispute. Here’s a timeline:
  • November 7, 2000: The presidential election takes place.
  • November 26, 2000: The initial machine recount in Florida is certified, showing Bush with a lead of 537 votes.
  • December 8, 2000: The Florida Supreme Court orders a manual recount of certain counties.
  • December 9, 2000: The U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear Bush’s appeal of the Florida Supreme Court’s decision.
  • December 12, 2000: The U.S. Supreme Court issues its decision in Bush v. Gore, reversing the Florida Supreme Court and effectively ending the manual recounts.
  • From the time the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear the case on December 9, 2000, to when they issued their decision on December 12, 2000, it took 3 days. However, considering the entire period from the initial Florida certification to the Supreme Court’s final decision, it spanned about 16 days.
