Newsom’s New Bill to ‘Hold Big Oil Accountable’ will Fine Local Refineries Up to $1 Million PER DAY, Cause Gas Prices to Spike – Refineries Announce They Are Leaving CA 

  • California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill to hold Big Oil accountable – only it will lead to gas shortages and price hikes.
  • Big Oil “has been screwing you for decades,” Newsom said.
  • “Price spikes have cost Californians billions of dollars over the years, and we’re not waiting around for the industry to do the right thing,” Newsom said.
  • “We’re taking action to prevent these price spikes and save consumers money at the pump,” he said.
  • The bill passed the California Assembly last week with a 41-16 vote. Many Democrats did not vote and four voted against the radical measure.
  • The measure will force local refineries to stockpile fuel and if they don’t follow the new regulations they can be fined up to $1 million PER DAY.
  • The heavy fines will inevitably be passed down to the consumer and cause gas prices to spike.
  • Refineries announced they are leaving California because of Newsom’s new bill.
  • Phillips 66 refinery announced they are ceasing operations in Los Angeles because of Newsom’s bill.

  • Peter and the team bought the official voter lists in Wisconsin – beginning in March – until several days ago. Those lists are about $12,000 each – so this is a very expensive exercise.
  • Registrants on the list: 744,076.
  • Peter and the team removed the inactive voters bringing the number down to 380,050 and here is what he found:

  • 2,325 address not deliverable and not found in the USPS database

    If Trump overturns the 2024 election, here’s how it could happen.

  • “No one knows exactly what Trump’s attack on the electoral system will be in 2024,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), a member of the Jan. 6 select committee. “What will he do this time?”
  • The answer, according to lawmakers, congressional investigators, party operatives, election officials and constitutional law experts, goes something like this:
  • — He will deepen distrust in the election results by making unsupported or hyperbolic claims of widespread voter fraud and mounting longshot lawsuits challenging enough ballots to flip the outcome in key states.
  • — He will lean on friendly county and state officials to resist certifying election results — a futile errand that would nevertheless fuel a campaign to put pressure on elected Republican legislators in statehouses and Congress.
  • — He will call on allies in GOP-controlled swing-state legislatures to appoint “alternate” presidential electors.
  • — He will rely on congressional Republicans to endorse these alternate electors — or at least reject Democratic electors — when they convene to certify the outcome.

    Profound Implications – Trump Transition Team Likely to Refuse Federal Assistance and Transition Funding if President Trump Wins Election

  • The winner of the presidential election usually merges the president-elect’s transition team with the federal transition system.  Current government bureaucrats then begin a process of briefings, agency/institutional transfer coordination and funding to assist the incoming president’s team.  However, as we saw in the aftermath of the 2016 election, the government side of the transition worked behind the scenes to impede Trump’s ascendency into office, and factually supported the corrupt government IC officials who were targeting Trump.
  • For election 2024, President Trump’s transition team is now saying they are likely to go it alone and skip any federal transition assistance in advance of inauguration day.  That decision is making the deepest parts of the Deep State apparatus very nervous. That decision has major ramifications and could, likely would, include the incoming Trump administration setting up offices outside Washington DC.
  • WASHINGTON DC –   
  • REmember back in 2017 – which included the GSA giving all of the Trump transition material, emails, documents, text messages, cell phones etc. to Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann.
