John Deere to Execute Big Layoffs in Two States as Company Plans Shift to Mexico
  • John Deere is prepping for more big layoffs in two states that will leave 610 staffers without their jobs on August 30.
  • The company made the announcement on Friday and said those affected will be 280 employees at a plant in East Moline, Illinois, and 230 employees at a factory in Davenport, Iowa, Fox Business reported Saturday.
  • In March, Breitbart News reported that about 150 workers at the John Deere Des Moines Works in Ankeny, Iowa, were moving closer to being laid off in the months of April and May.
  • “Earlier this month, Deere announced it is moving the manufacturing of skid steer loaders and compact track loaders from its Dubuque facility to Mexico by the end of 2026,” the report said.

    Oakland Corruption Scandal: Democrat Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao and Government Officials Allegedly Funded by Sex Trafficking Drug Ring

  • Their business dealings and political connections are under intense scrutiny following evidence that suggests they orchestrated a complex scheme to circumvent campaign finance laws and funnel illegal donations to various Democratic candidates.

  • Charlie Ngo, an alleged “straw donor” on behalf of the Duong family, made large deposits just before or after writing his checks for campaign contributions. Despite his bank account showing insufficient funds, he made significant donations to multiple candidates.

    • According to the FPPC’s filing, Ngo did not have enough money in his bank account to make the contributions he made. For example, he gave $700 to Friends of Desley Brooks even though he only had $49.58 in his bank account; $700 to re-elect Oakland Councilman Larry Reid in 2016 despite having only $2.14 to his name and donated $800 again to Brooks, the former Oakland councilwoman in 2018 despite having $5.32.

    Each time, “he made a large deposit just before or after writing his check,” city investigators said in court records. He is also listed in campaign documents as giving $700 to Oakland Councilmember Rebecca Kaplan in 2016, $700 to Oakland council candidate Viola Gonzales in 2016, $600 to San Jose Councilmember Tam Nguyen in 2017, and $250 to the campaign of Milpitas Councilmember Anthony Phan in 2016.

    In all, Mayor Thao, then a councilmember, received $2,400 from people associated with the cafe, records show.

    One of the cafe’s owners admitted he gave $5,000 to then-Oakland Councilmember Lynette Gibson McElhaney’s legal defense fund and $800 to then-Oakland Councilmember Abel Guillen. Those elected officials have not been accused of violating campaign finance laws.

    DHS Offers ‘Temporary’ Amnesty to More than 300,000 Haitians in U.S.
  • President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has extended and redesignated a temporary amnesty program to more than 300,000 Haitian nationals living in the United States, ensuring they are not eligible for deportation and can hold American jobs.
  • Late last week, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced the extension and redesignation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for about 309,000 Haitian nationals living in the U.S. who would otherwise be eligible for deportation.
  • The announcement shows that again, Biden’s DHS is looking to massively expand TPS. Previously just about 165,000 Haitians were eligible for the program.

  • Various female employees of the World Economic Forum have gone on record to accuse its founder, Klaus Schwab, of sexual harassment.
  • According to an investigation by The Wall Street Journal, Schwab is facing accusations of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.
  • One of Schwab’s misdeeds allegedly involves targeted employees aged over 50 for dismissal to lower the average age of the workforce. When his HR chief, Paolo Gallo, refused to comply with this directive without valid performance-related reasons, Schwab fired him.

    As expected, the high court instructed the lower trial courts to hold specific evidentiary hearings on each anti-Trump criminal count, and determine which counts, if any, related to official or unofficial acts.The Supreme Court is essentially telling the lower courts to go back and look at each citation and review which claims are official acts and which claims related to unofficial acts. The Supreme Court ruled that presidents may not have immunity for non-official conduct. However, when the judicial review cannot differentiate, the court cannot look at motives for the decisions.

    The key phrase  in the ruling is  the unofficial acts are not covered by immunity. Trump needed the SC to separate the immunity for the President to go after the [DS].  Think about what the former Presidents have done, was this official or unofficial acts.  Spying on Trump (official or unofficial),  Uranium 1, going after your political opponent, piles of cash to Iran, open borders, lawfare, selling secrets to china, iran, private emails etc…
