ABC News is parting ways with veteran correspondent Terry Moran, two days after he posted a missive on X calling President Donald Trump and deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller “world-class haters.”

The network said Tuesday afternoon that Moran’s contract was about to expire, and “based on his recent post — which was a clear violation of ABC News policies — we have made the decision to not renew.”

“At ABC News, we hold all of our reporters to the highest standards of objectivity, fairness and professionalism, and we remain committed to delivering straightforward, trusted journalism,” an ABC News spokesperson said.

Prominent television correspondents like Moran, who interviewed Trump in the Oval Office just six weeks ago, typically have multi-year contracts with their employers.

The fact that Moran was at the end of a contract cycle — his deal was set to expire on Friday, according to a person briefed on the matter — made it easier for ABC to take swift action.

Moran’s ABC colleagues were stunned on Sunday when he posted, and then deleted, a highly critical piece of commentary.

For Trump, Moran wrote, hatred is “only a means to an end, and that end is his own glorification. That’s his spiritual nourishment.” For Miller, on the other hand, “hatreds are his spiritual nourishment,” Moran charged. “He eats his hate.”

Trump administration officials also publicly called on the network to suspend or terminate him. “This is unhinged and unacceptable,” press secretary Karoline Leavitt said.

Within a matter of hours, Moran had been suspended, with ABC saying that his post “violated our standards” and did not “reflect the views of ABC News.”

LESSON LEARNED: If you want to go on a Twitter rampage, you'd better make sure you own the platform like Elon Musk to ensure your job security.

If you're just an ABC News Correspondent, you might just find yourself out of a job.

I absolutely love his face in the picture above, because they say a picture is worth a thousand words and that one picture could ALMOST replace this entire article.  You can glean so much just from that one picture.  The confusion.  The low intellect.  The feigned impartiality with hatred lurking just below the surface.  It's all there in one photo.  Absolutely incredible.

Oh they all pretend to be so "impartial" and "neutral" when they interview President Trump, but the hatred always seeps through, doesn't it?

They claim it's not there, but we can see it seeping out of their pores.

Do you remember this really hard to watch ABC News interview from back in April?

Apparently the guy's name was Terry Moran, and that will be important in just minute.

So Terry Moran decided to go on Twitter/X last night and post this "unhinged and unacceptable" rant about both President Trump and Stephen Miller (but Trust Me Bro he's a totally impartial journalist! Derp!).

The post has now been deleted, but Terry forgot the Internet is written in ink:

The thing about Stephen Miller is not that he is the brains behind Trumpism.

Yes, he is one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy.

But that's not what's interesting about Miller.
It's not brains. It's bile.

Miller is a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He's a world-class hater.

You can see this just by looking at him because you can see that his hatreds are his spiritual nourishment. He eats his hate.

Trump is a world-class hater. But his hatred only a means to an end, and that end his his own glorification. That's his spiritual nourishment.

Apparently, that kind of behavior was too much even for ABC News who has now suspended hiim:

The NY Post had more details on the suspension:

ABC News’ senior national correspondent Terry Moran has been suspended after going on a late-night screed against top White House adviser Stephen Miller along with President Trump on social media — drawing scathing backlash from the Trump administration.

Moran, who landed an interview with the president in April, blasted Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff for policy, as a man “richly endowed with the capacity for hatred.”

“The thing about Stephen Miller is not that he is the brains behind Trumpism. Yes, he is one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy. But that’s not what’s interesting about Miller,” Moran argued on X early Sunday.

“It’s not brains. It’s bile. Miller is a man who is richly endowed with the capacity for hatred. He’s a world-class hater,” the ABC News reporter added. “You can see this just by looking at him because you can see that his hatreds are his spiritual nourishment. He eats his hate.”

ABC News announced Sunday that it was suspending him over concerns about him violating the outlet’s standards on impartiality and objectivity.

“ABC News stands for objectivity and impartiality in its news coverage and does not condone subjective personal attacks on others. The post does not reflect the views of ABC News and violated our standards — as a result, Terry Moran has been suspended pending further evaluation,” a spokesperson told The Post.

Moran later deleted his posts, but not before they were screen-shotted and spread across X like wildfire.

“An ABC journalist [Terry Moran] posted this absolutely vile smear of Stephen Miller. It’s dripping with hatred. Remember that every time you watch ABC’s coverage of the Trump administration,” Vice President JD Vance posted on X.

Moran’s tirade against Miller came as tensions boiled over in Los Angeles, where hundreds of protesters attempted to derail Border Patrol apprehensions near Paramount, California.

Trump deployed 2,000 National Guard troops against riots that had spread further around Los Angeles. During this time, Miller publicly ripped the riots as an “insurrection.”

“An ABC journalist [Terry Moran] posted this absolutely vile smear of Stephen Miller. It’s dripping with hatred. Remember that every time you watch ABC’s coverage of the Trump administration,” Vice President JD Vance posted on X.
