President Trump has completely flipped the script on how the world views America.

He is making the world respect our great nation, once again — because, unlike his predecessor, President Trump is respectable himself and leads with a spirit of authentic toughness, strength, and peace.

During a trip to Belarus this week, President Vladimir Putin of Russia gave President Trump his glowing praise, saying that he has deep respect for our president who survived two assassination attempts on his life.

Partial transcript of Putin’s praise for President Trump:

“I deeply respect the current American President. He’s traveled a long and difficult path. There were hardships along the way on his way to the White House. As you know, he survived two attempts on his life. He’s a very courageous person.”

This comes after Vladmir Putin has expressed renewed interest in securing a peace deal with President Trump over Russia’s war with Ukraine.

Reiterating that he had “great respect” for the US President and declaring his willingness to meet Trump, Putin said that the meeting was “quite possible” but would require careful preparation.

Vladimir Putin added, “Not everything has been decided in the sphere of diplomatic relations, but the first steps have been taken and we are moving forward.”

This follows Putin’s interest in fresh round of direct peace talks in Istanbul on Russia and Ukraine conflict. During the upcoming meeting, the terms of a potential ceasefire are expected to be on the agenda, Putin said while speaking to reporters during a visit to Belarus.

For his part, President Trump responded to Putin’s remarks by commenting how he and other world leaders finally respect our nation again, unlike underneath the Biden administration.
