CNN’s Tapper Slams Kamala For Dodging Questions During Debate
CNN’s Jake Tapper unusually criticized Kamala Harris’ debate performance, pointing out a number of examples where she dodged actual question being asked.
The presidential debate was noteworthy for its clear bias towards Harris, who received zero fact checks from the moderators despite making a number of false claims.
On the other hand, Trump was fact checked at least four times and faced numerous ‘follow up’ confrontations with the moderators compared to Harris who faced barely any.
CNN also noted Kamala’s repeated prevarications when questions were lobbed her way.
When Harris was asked, “Do you believe Americans are better off than they were four years ago?” she responded by saying, “I was raised as a middle class kid.”

Tapper also critiqued Kamala for reverting to boiler plate talking points when asked about the economy.
“Even Harris allies today are saying she needs to talk more about what she will do for Americans if elected,” said Tapper.
The CNN host also said Harris “dodged” the question when it came to the issue of border control.
Harris responded to the question by saying she had prosecuted criminals for running guns and drugs.
“Okay, that wasn’t the question,” said Tapper.
Tapper also dismissed Kamala’s answer to how she would break through the Israel-Hamas stalemate as lacking any kind of detail whatsoever.

Some Trump supporters thought he could have done a better job, although in the circumstances, given it was three one one, he didn’t perform all that bad.
