With the inauguration of Trump as President of that bankrupt US Inc. fast coming up on Mon. 20 January, we really need to get ourselves back to reality.

What We Think We Know as of Tues. 7 Jan. 2025:

On Dec. 10 2024 the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Brunson Case – that Congress certified the 2020 Election of a bankrupt US Inc. without investigating 50 formally filed allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 Election.

Therefore the Biden Administration and all of Congress were not legally elected and the 2020 Election could be considered null and void – which really wasn’t a big deal anyway because US Inc. (a private corporation owned by Deep State Cabal Bankers) that had been running on a fiat US Dollar was broke and without even a Taxpayer dollar income as of Wed. 1 Jan. 2025.

You see, the gold/asset-backed currencies of the Global Currency Reset happened on that Wed. 1 Jan. 2025 – which took away US Taxpayer Dollars from US Inc. (the Cabal) and gave it back to The People in the new US Treasury.

Reality was that elected officials assumed office under fraudulent circumstances, so every law, mandate and stolen tax dollar they enacted was null and void. In other words, all of the past four years of legislation has been illegal.

So, what will happen on Trump’s so-called “Inauguration Day” Mon. 20 Jan 2025?

Our only choice was to recognize that we were under Martial Law, and have been since Nov. 5 2016 when Commander-in-chief War Times President Trump turned his Presidential powers over to the Military so he could operate the fall of the Cabal and rescue their millions of t******d children with full backing of that Military – combined with the Military Alliance forces across the World.

While framed as a response to First Amendment principles or platform evolution, the reality may be far deeper. For over two decades, California courts have misapplied Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, granting platforms unprecedented immunity Congress never intended. My fight to realign Section 230(c)(1) with its original text, the “Good Samaritan” intent, and constitutional principles has exposed a judicial system that systematically shields Big Tech. Now, after years of advocacy, these business model shifts appear to be a direct response to the looming inevitability of accountability.

The Misapplication of Section 230: California courts made a pivotal grammatical error in interpreting Section 230, turning it into a blanket shield of absolute immunity. Platforms have been allowed to act as publishers while evading responsibility for content decisions—actions that should never have been protected under 230(c)(1). Over the last seven years, I’ve challenged this misinterpretation, showing how it undermines due process and the Constitution. Despite persistent resistance, this fight has laid bare the systemic bias enabling Big Tech’s unchecked power.

Judicial Bias and Systemic Failures: As detailed in my recent en banc petition, the courts have not just misapplied the law but have done so in ethically questionable ways:

Conflicts of Interest: A federal judge in my case held millions in tech stocks. He ruled in favor of Facebook, preserving his investments, before recusing himself—five years too late.

Inconsistent Rulings: The Ninth Circuit continues to ignore its own precedent and conflicting rulings from other circuits. Cases like Henderson v. Public Data and Anderson v. TikTok show how other courts correctly apply Section 230, starkly contrasting with California’s judiciary.

These systemic issues have deprived me of justice while allowing Big Tech to weaponize Section 230 against competition and free speech. This is no longer just a fight against Facebook; it’s a battle against a judiciary that has entrenched itself as Big Tech’s protector.

Turning the tide: The sudden shifts in Big Tech’s business models seem directly tied to growing public and legal pressures. It’s increasingly clear these companies recognize the inevitability of accountability. By reorienting now, they aim to soften the blow when the absurd immunity shield they’ve exploited for decades finally falls. This aligns with the arguments raised in my en banc petition.

The Larger Implications: The misuse of Section 230 has profound consequences:

1. Censorship and Free Speech: Platforms use immunity to suppress speech under the guise of moderation, as seen in cases like Missouri v. Biden.

2. Economic Harm: Small businesses and creators like myself—and millions of users—have suffered from unchecked anti-competitive practices.

3. Judicial Complicity: Courts’ refusal to correct these misinterpretations has turned the internet into a “lawless no-man’s-land.”

Why This Matters: If Section 230 is applied as written, platforms will face accountability for their moderation decisions, forcing fundamental changes to how they operate. Accountability is critical to restoring fairness, protecting free speech, and dismantling the censorship industrial complex. Fixing Section 230 would not only resolve these issues but set a precedent for competition and constitutional adherence.

This fight has been grueling, but it’s yielding results. Big Tech’s preemptive changes signal that reform is inevitable. As detailed in my pinned post, the courts now face a defining choice: perpetuate injustice or align Section 230 with the law, the Constitution, and public interest. Justice is on trial as much as Big Tech.

Mark Zuckerberg announces sweeping changes to Facebook and Instagram to move toward Free Speech including: Ending Third-Party Fact Checking and Replacing it with Community Notes like 𝕏. Removing Reduction of Political Content & Lifting Topic Restrictions. Moving content moderation teams to Texas to avoid toxic left-wing political censors.

MZ said that he will be working with Trump to end censorship globally. The “new” FB will reflect the will of the American voters who want more freedom and less censorship.

While this is great news, the questions have to be asked; Will we ever get justice for all the wrong they did over the 2020 election? Will the many pro MAGA and “anti big Pharma” accounts get reinstated?

Some would say that MZ has no other option, but to go this route, if FB were to survive over the next four years.
