Pete is now trying to convince the people that air turbulence is from the climate hoax. The people are not going along with this, they know the truth. The [CB]/Biden administration is failing to convince the people that the economy is doing well. Rate cut coming soon. The [DS] has lost it's grip on the American people. We knew this day would come and the people are ready to fight. The people now see Trump as the victim and Biden as the attacker. If they throw Trump in jail he will become more powerful and the people will see the political hit. The strategy that is being used is the dead-chicken strategy and it's working. Everything must happen to Trump first. Today we honor those who served this country.

  •  All 18-year-olds in Britain will have to perform a year of mandatory military or civilian national service if the governing Conservative Party wins the July 4 national election, the party said Sunday.
  • Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pledged to bring back a form of national service for the first time in more than 60 years, seeking to energize his election campaign after a faltering start.
  • The U.K. introduced military conscription for men and some women during World War II, and imposed 18 months of mandatory military service for men between 1947 and 1960. Since then Britain has had an all-volunteer military whose size has steadily shrunk.
  • Under the plan, a small minority of 18-year-olds — 30,000 out of an estimated 700,000 — would spend 12 months in the military, working in areas such as logistics or cyber defense. The rest would spend one weekend a month working for charities, community groups, or organizations such as hospitals, the police and the fire service.

    BBC Calls Latest Trump Trial “Weakest Criminal Case” Says No One Is Watching A Circus With Manipulated Acts  

  • Today, the BBC published an article detailing a high-stakes trial that seems straight out of an American blockbuster. It is filled with sensational details and features a former president as the defendant.
  • The BBC reports that there’s hardly a more circus-like courtroom scenario imaginable, with Donald Trump, one of the world’s most powerful people and now a candidate facing allegations of an awkward sexual encounter with a porn actress.
  • They boil down the ongoing proceedings as the “weakest criminal case” for a booking-keeping offense.

    We can add to all that the widely held view that the Manhattan trial is by far the weakest of the four criminal cases Donald Trump faces.

    It is built on a bookkeeping offence – the alleged falsification of reimbursements to Michael Cohen – the man who paid off Stormy Daniels – as legal fees rather than as hush-money payments.

    The case relies on what would ordinarily be a misdemeanour being elevated to the more serious category of felony because of the alleged attempt to improperly influence an election.

  • After a quick assessment of the facts, and a feeling the issue can be overcome, Kelly says, you message your “entire support network that you are going to stay the course.”
  • Turn the accused into the victim.
  • Cast doubt on the facts and tarnish, or politicize, the accuser.
  • Frame this in the context of a partisan battle.

    • There are some lessons to be learned from this strategy, which hasn’t been deployed solely by conservatives.

    The “dead-chicken” strategy is employed not only for small skirmishes, but as a tactic to win the larger war. Anyone caught up in such a battle would need a small army of their own, such as an attorney to apprise them of their rights and a communications professional to help their message cut through the clutter.

    Simply calling out the strategy for what it is could be more effective than running offense against each step.  (“We really wish we could get to the facts here. Instead, we are faced with a ‘dead-chicken’ strategy of personal attacks and a win-at-all costs game plan that appears to have little regard for the people who are affected by it.”)

    Finally, this is apparently a long game. All parties who become embroiled in it must be prepared to counter all four steps. If they are going to be made to “live” with what they said, or accusations they have made, they better know their story better than anyone– warts and all – and be ready to defend it.

    Remember who the [DS] plays the game, they will use the headline for their campaign, they will repeat it over and over, but this will backfire on them.
