Biden’s Billionaire Tax and Other Economic Follies

He claimed that “under my plan, nobody earning less than $400,000 will pay an additional penny in federal taxes.” So, at a glance, it seemed like he would continue to tax people with less than $400,000 income at a 37% rate but would tax people earning more than $400,000 at a rate of 25%, which makes no sense.

When you look more closely at his wording, however, the rate is not based on income but on accumulated wealth, violating the definition of the term “income tax”.

White House had been correct that people with high wealth paid low income tax rates, there is no taxable connection between wealth and income.

Wealth is defined by the accumulation of assets, whereas you only pay income tax on income. So, unless we are going to become a communist country that forcibly seizes the assets of the rich and gives them to the poor, then we need to avoid joining Biden on this first step down the slippery slope to serfdom.

Special Counsel Robert Hur testified before Congress on Biden’s interview on his stolen classified documents scandal that spanned two days.

Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

Biden was not charged even though he willfully retained SCIF-designated classified documents and shared material with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer.

According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged.

A reporter asked Joe Biden why he shared classified information with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer.

Biden blew a gasket and shouted at the reporter.

“I did not share classified information with my ghostwriter! I did not! I guarantee you I did not!” Biden shouted even though the special counsel said he read aloud classified passages “nearly verbatim” to Zwonitzer on at least three occasions.

Joe Biden’s ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer deleted digital audio files of recordings of his conversations with Biden after learning about Special Counsel Robert Hur’s appointment.

According to Hur’s report, Zwonitzer deleted the files before he received a subpoena.

Technicians were able to recover the deleted recordings but Zwonitzer was not charged for deleting the files.

Hur on Tuesday admitted Biden’s ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer tried to destroy evidence soon after the special counsel was appointed to investigate Biden’s classified documents scandal.

The House of Representatives is expected to vote on bipartisan legislation relating to the Chinese-owned app TikTok.

Reps. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., and Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Ill., introduced the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act last Tuesday. Gallagher and Krishnamoorthi are the chairman and ranking member, respectively, of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party.

Federal Judge Strikes Down California’s One-Gun-a-Month Law

A California law barring people from buying more than one gun a month has been struck down.

In his March 11 ruling, a federal judge said that the one-gun-a-month (OGM) law does not adhere to requirements for gun restrictions outlined by the U.S. Supreme Court in a pivotal 2022 decision.

“Defendants have not met their burden of producing a ‘well-established and representative historical analogue’ to the OGM law,” U.S. District Judge William Q. Hayes wrote in the decision.

“The court therefore concludes that plaintiffs are entitled to summary judgment as to the constitutionality of the OGM law under the Second Amendment.”

The U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The package will keep advancing Russian troops at bay for only a few weeks, an official said.The Biden administration announced on Tuesday that it was sending up to $300 million in weapons to Ukraine, the first new aid package for the country since funding ran out in late December.

The package, pulled together from money that Army accountants cobbled from savings from contracts that came in under bid, includes air defense interceptors, artillery rounds and armor systems, senior defense officials said. Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) released his January 6 Initial Findings Report on Monday, March 11.

“For nearly two years former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th Select Committee promoted hearsay and cherry-picked information to promote its political goal – to legislatively prosecute former President Donald Trump,” said Chairman Loudermilk. “It was no surprise that the Select Committee’s final report focused primarily on former President Trump and his supporters, not the security failures and reforms needed to ensure the United States Capitol is safer today than in 2021.

The report was filled with several nuggets of information refuting Liz Cheney’s notoriously dishonest and partisan report that Nancy Pelosi and Democrats released.

Rep. Loudermilk discovered that the J6 Select Committee hid exonerating evidence of President Trump’s push for the National Guard at the US Capitol on January 6. Trump’s requests were rejected by Nancy Pelosi, DC Mayor Bowser, and the Capitol Police.

Rep. Loudermilk also discovered that President Trump’s motorcade driver blew up J6 “super star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson who lied through her teeth about Trump grabbing the steering wheel of The Beast and assaulting a Secret Service agent. Her entire story was completely false, yet the mainstream media has never, ever corrected their reporting on this disgusting lie.

And in the report, there is evidence that Fulton County Georgia Fani Willis met with the illicit committee, and she participated in numerous calls with the sham committee. The J6 Committee even shared video recordings with Fani’s office but deleted the recordings to prevent Republican lawmakers from gaining access to it.
