Christian Combs, son of the well-known rapper, producer, and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs, has been accused of sexual assault in the lawsuit implicating his famous father, as reported by NBC News.

The 31-page legal document, lodged in Los Angeles Superior Court by plaintiff Grace O’Marcaigh's attorney, details the accusations stemming from events that reportedly took place in December 2022.

O’Marcaigh, who served as a crew member and bartender on a yacht hired by Sean Combs and his family, described the voyage as transforming from a “wholesome family excursion” into a “hedonistic environment,” with suspected sex workers and celebrities often onboard.

“The experience was sold as a wholesome family excursion,” the lawsuit says.

During the early hours of December 28, it is alleged that Christian Combs pressured O’Marcaigh into consuming a shot of tequila, after which he is accused of assaulting her. The lawsuit raises the suspicion that the tequila might have been laced with drugs. While Sean Combs is not directly accused of sexual assault, the lawsuit includes him on grounds of liability and aiding and abetting.

Aaron Dyer, representing Sean and Christian Combs, responded to the allegations by stating, “We have not seen this woman’s claims,” dismissing the lawsuit as containing “manufactured lies.”

This lawsuit joins a series of legal challenges faced by Sean Combs, following federal investigations at his properties. Previous allegations against him span sexual misconduct and other illegal activities, all of which he has denied.

According to the lawsuit, an audio recording from the yacht's makeshift studio captures the onset of the alleged assault, with O’Marcaigh questioning Christian Combs, “Are you drugging me?” to which Combs allegedly responded, “Take the shot.”

Photos submitted with the lawsuit appear to document bruises on O’Marcaigh's forearm, purportedly resulting from the encounter. Since the incident, O’Marcaigh reports a decline in her mental and physical well-being, experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and other health issues. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for the alleged assault and its aftermath.
