An elderly couple have been left devastated after a van drove at speed and ploughed into their home of four decades.
Frank, 96, and June Prescott, 89, have had their lives turned upside down after the vehicle - which was being pursued by police - careered off the road and crashed through their bungalow.
The impact of the crash caused a gaping hole to the front of the property and reduced the kitchen to ruins.
Such was the force of the collision, their washing machine was pushed across the house, while a table and chairs have been completely dismantled.
Bricks from the front of the house also flew through the hallway, smashing their display cabinet to smithereens, and leaving debris scattered everywhere.
Thankfully the couple were not at the property in South Reston, Lincolnshire when the incident occurred on February 16, at around 11.45am.
Mrs Prescott had moved in a care home last year after suffering a stroke, with her husband out visiting her at the time of the crash.
The van driver suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment.

Unfortunately the couple had not insured their home of 39 years, but their family have now set up a fundraiser, with their local community rallying around to support the couple. They are also hoping to recover costs from the insurance of the van driver.
The Prescott's son, Brian, 57, said: 'It's so shocking to look at, I feel devastated for mum and dad.
'They're both old school though, and they've just said we'll just have to deal with it and see what we can do.
'I couldn't believe how far the van had gone inside the bungalow.
'The whole kitchen was destroyed, the washing machine flew across the room and smashed up the table and chairs.
'I'm blown away by the amount people have donated so far, to help mum and dad out. The community spirit is amazing.'
Mr Prescott said: 'It's unbelievable, I'm so shocked by how far the van has travelled.'
The van was removed from the property after crashing through the front exterior wall

Mrs Prescott said: 'We've lived here for 39 years with no problems, and then this happens.'
A recovery truck has now removed the van from the front of the property, while building inspectors have installed acrow props to help support the building.
Mr Prescott has now moved into the care home temporarily while his family organise alternative accommodation until it is safe for him to return.
