Footage that went viral on social media, which was first flagged by the industry blog FTVLive, appears to show Dillon with her eyes closed and her head resting in her hands as the camera lingered on her during a broadcast.

Dashboard camera video captured a tire smashing into an SUV on a highway in Philadelphia, pulverizing the vehicle's front end.

"Pulverized" is putting it mildly.

Via a local NBC affiliate:

The incident happened on the westbound lane of Schuylkill Expressway near the Girard Avenue exit.

[Additional footage] showed the tire bouncing over the highway median before striking an SUV with tremendous force.

State police said they are currently investigating where the tire came from. No official information about injuries has been released.

— Rape

— Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse

— Sexual assault

— Aggravated indecent assault

— False imprisonment

— Indecent assault

Delaware County Prison sent him back into the community despite an ICE immigration detainer, so ICE [Philadelphia office] officers had to arrest him at-large on Feb. 11.

If the county won't protect its own residents, we'll do it for them.
