A naked career criminal stole an ambulance with a patient inside and led Wisconsin police on a 40-minute high speed chase, according to the authorities.
Benjamin Feltz was identified by officers as the nude driver who commandeered the emergency vehicle in Pittsville on Tuesday.
He is facing several charges after he allegedly stole a Wisconsin Rapids Fire Department ambulance and led cops on a caught-on-camera pursuit.
Officials said the 37-year-old was already fleeing police after a call reporting a naked man doing push-ups in public, according to WSAW.
Feltz allegedly made his way into the driver's seat of the ambulance around 5.30pm while two paramedics were in the back of the vehicle with a female patient.
The emergency personnel said they tried to stop the naked man, with one hopping out of the ambulance and the other trying to prevent it from moving, but it was too late.
The paramedics said they exited the vehicle after their safety was compromised, leaving the women behind strapped to a gurney.
