The Multi-Million Dollar Trans Industry Is About To Increase Its Body Count
Preoccupation with U.S. elections gives WPATH cover for the Mexico City Trans Surgeon Conference.
Victor Frankenstein may have captured the imagination of a past century, but trans-affirming doctors experimenting on human subjects are alive and active today. "WPATH 2026" proves it. This conference needs serious scrutiny.
America is preoccupied with the November election, but surgeons from the U.S. who specialize in genital mutilation in the name of "trans-affirming care" have made travel plans to Mexico City for a global biennial conference of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), November 7-12.
Normally, professional conferences are easy to overlook, but not when the sponsoring organization and its U.S. affiliate, USPATH, are the subjects of an unprecedented Federal Trade Commission lawsuit joined by four states for false and unsubstantiated claims that WPATH's self-generated "standards of care" endorsing harmful gender transition drugs and surgeries for kids are safe and effective.
Participants at this conference adhere to the radical mantra that kids can be "born in the wrong body." Their ideology defies reality and common sense, but that has not stopped their crusade and the lengths they go to for profit. Federal investigations for billing fraud by WPATH-member doctors and their hospitals are underway following explosive findings in the government report, Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of "Gender Medicine."
This conference may take U.S. participants across our southern border, but they'll bring their experience back home.
As troubling as that is, a majority of the WPATH 2026 committee organizers are from the U.S. to start with. These are not Frankenstein surgeons in retreat, as the 15-page conference program makes crystal clear.
Organizer Blair Peters, MD, aka @queersurgeon, runs the Transgender Health Program at Oregon Science and Health University (OSHU), where "he/they" develops gruesome male and female mutilation techniques and proselytizes medical trainees. Peters' affiliation with OSHU masks his Canadian status. Attention: State Department and Homeland Security.
This is the same Dr. Blair Peters who took the spotlight during a 2023 House committee markup when Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Florida) came equipped with a video of him lauding the experimental mutilation of children's genitals as "gender affirming care." Committee Democrats blew up in protest and walked out.
Joining Peters on the Surgeon's Pre-Conference committee are two other foreign-born trans surgeons practicing in the United States:
Dr. Maurice Garcia

These doctors and the non-profit institutions employing them expose how government-funded academic and medical institutions have no moral compass in profiting from trans-insanity in American health care. The Trump administration and over half of U.S. states prohibit these practices on minors, and a majority of American taxpayers reject them.
Other U.S. surgeons listed on WPATH committees have built the U.S. trans empire: Pioneering doctors Marci Bowers and Johanna Olson Kennedy; San Francisco's Thomas Satterwhite, M.D. and John Pang, M.D. of Align Surgical Associates, Dr. Shane Morrison, University of Washington and Seattle Children's, Dr. Jennifer Anger, University of Arizona, and pediatric "ethicist" Dr. Armand Antommaria, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and Cincinnati's Children's Hospital who advocated for a "ritual nick" on young girls to recognize the cultural practice of female genital mutilation.
While these doctors might have expertise as plastic surgeons, gynecologists, and urologists, their scalpels are milking a cultural obsession with gender identity for all its worth, exploiting vulnerable, captive, and financially lucrative patients.
Opening sessions and presenters are sure to further their ambition:
· My "Gold Standard": Technique and Tissue Selection in Primary Vaginoplasty;
· Phalloplasty Beyond the Radial Forearm Flap: Exploring the Role of Alternative Donor Sites;
· "How I Do It": Clitoroplasty
· "How I Do It": Vaginectomy
· Navigating the "Grey Zone": Technique Selection in Gender-Affirming Top Surgery
These sickening procedures are nothing more than plastic fantasies that trans-profiting surgeons and their institutions bill as "health care" for the gender confused. Nothing about these procedures will change a person's sex to function as the opposite sex.
As a bonus, conference participants can claim up to 44 credit hours of continuing education awarded with the seal of U.S. medical organizations including the American Medical Association, American Psychological Association, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American Social Work Board.
Nowhere on the agenda will serious questions of harm and validity be examined. No breakout sessions on the dangers of these procedures occur. In fact, a primary objective is mentoring the next generation of trans radical practitioners. A Student Poster Competition will be revealing.
WPATH 2026 is the reason U.S. legal enforcement and policymakers need to get serious. This is not the agenda of an organization feeling the heat, but a trans-medical industry giving charges of "medical malpractice" the talk-to-the-hand treatment. They are full steam ahead, backed by U.S. government-funded entities.
U.S. participants at WPATH 2026 and those institutions employing, sponsoring, and credentialing them have every intention of normalizing their profession and passing the torch to the next generation. The undeniable purpose is to propagate the practice of radical trans medical interventions under the false and scientifically unsubstantiated claims of "gender affirming care."
That's why we need eyes at this gathering.
