On Saturday, Brewer police responded to a Wilson Street business to conduct a welfare check. When they arrived, they found that David Limacher, 58, had allegedly been attempting to fight customers coming out of a different business.
He reportedly refused to leave the property despite multiple warnings, and police took him into custody.
He was charged with criminal trespass and quickly released.
Later on the same day, police responded to a business on South Main Street after an off-duty worker told them that a pizza was being delivered to the closed business, where no one should have been.
Officers arrived and discovered Limacher at the address, arresting him on another criminal trespass charge. Despite Limacher being arrested twice in the same day on the same charge, a judge once again decided that he should be released.
On Thursday, police responded to reports that a man was sleeping inside a closed business on North Main Street. The man was identified as Limacher, and he was arrested again and charged with criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.
It is not clear whether he was released again.
