One Democrat was ejected from President Donald Trump’s 2026 State of the Union, multiple Democrats tried to shout him down, and Republicans in Congress stood in applause over and over as he delivered his messaging about America’s greatness.
But the real star, according to social media, was a cameraman.
He’s now known as the “biggest troll in America” for camera cuts to key Trump targets during the speech.
For example, when the president was talking about corruption, he said, “When it comes to the corruption that is plundering America, there has been no more stunning example than Minnesota – where members of the Somali community have pillaged an estimated $19 billion from the American taxpayer.”
The camera operator focused on Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., in whose district that corruption has been rampant.
Omar was shouting at the president but her protests were drowned out.

One report said Omar was “close to tears” when the fraud and crime in her district was cited by the president.
Another time, Trump pointed out one of his guests, Virginia teenager Sage Blair, whose family sued her school because officials concealed that Blair was identifying as transgender before she ran away from home and was sex trafficked.
Trump was using the teen as an example of states being allowed to “rip children from their parents’ arms and transition them to a new gender against the parents’ will.”
The cameraman focused on Rep. “Sarah” McBride, a man who repeatedly has caused disruptions in Congress because he represents himself to be a woman.
Reports said McBride “appeared upset” during the speech.

One actual disruption as when Rep. Al Green, a Democrat, was ejected for holding an offensive sign, and Omar and Tlaib tried their hand at heckling Trump, calling him a “murderer” over the deaths of two people in Minnesota who were shot and killed by law enforcement while they allegedly were blocking law enforcement officers from their duties.
Trump snapped at the “crazy” liberals.
