SCOTUS Says No To Trump’s Tariffs

SCOTUS Says No To Trump’s Tariffs

President Trump is gonna Tariff even harder

Cartoon published  02/21/2026

By majority decision, the Supreme Court has ruled the tariffs put in place by President Trump to be unlawful. Three so-called ‘conservatives’ on the court sided with the lefty judges. Chief Justice John Roberts along with Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch should have sided with Trump and his efforts to make America great again. Instead, they want America to fail, resulting in America becoming a globalist, socialist cesspool.

Unfortunately there’s no way to reel in those seasick justices who voted against Trump and his tariffs and make them listen to reason. Trump needs tariffs to ensure America is finally fairly compensated in trade deals. Before, America was treated as a sucker. Unfortunately, too many on the Supreme Court have Trump Derangement Syndrome and will twist the law to ensure he fails.

What the SCOTUS basically said in a nutshell, “You’re using the wrong bait for those tariff fish.” Trump will now switch ‘baits’.

Trump is not giving up on tariffs—he uses them not only as a revenue source, but also as leverage to keep the globalists in line. He will now use a different legal basis for the tariffs. If he does what the Supreme Court currently orders—paying back tariffs already collected—then the US will lose $175 billion. Trump is not the type to throw that kind of money back.
