Houston city officials are moving forward with plans to build a $16 million 'superhub' for the homeless population, but residents are skeptical. 

The Houston City Council approved the initiative in October, despite pushback from residents who said the community was not involved in the decision-making process and that they were concerned about their safety.

The chief operating officer of a Georgia art museum has resigned after an internal investigation was launched into his alleged theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Brady Lum tendered his resignation on December 9 and allegedly misappropriated about $600,000 worth of funds that belonged to the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

According to her family, she had gone to practice seemingly healthy, but began vomiting and collapsed after being 'required' to perform back flips repeatedly.
