Video: Mom and two kids nearly mowed down in front of preschool by apparent drunk driver

I don't know what's worse, doing this sober or doing it while intoxicated. Either way, it's bad.

Yup, I'm not sure if this is one of the kids' grandmas or just a rando, but 68-year-old Angela Arrigo was at the preschool to pick up another one of the students when she drove right into the school and nearly mowed down a mom and her children.

As you can see, the car (it looks like the tire) bounces right off of the younger kid's leg, causing him an undisclosed injury as well as burns. The mom and the other child got pinned up against the fence, mom suffering back and neck injuries while the child suffered only minor injuries.

The New York Post has a statement from Bloom Academy officials:

'We are deeply saddened by this incident,' school officials said.

'While we are grateful that the injury was not more severe, we remain committed to the safety and well-being of our students, families, and staff.'

Arrigo was charged with DUI, assault by auto, and endangering the welfare of a child.
