The Reflecting Pool vandalism saga continues.
President Trump just dropped additional evidence proving that the damage was caused by vandalism — not improper construction, as the DOJ claims.
In a post on Truth Social, he shared a portion of a court filing containing witness accounts from National Park employees who say that they saw ActBlue-linked former Olympian David Hearn “violently” ripping out the sealant.

ALERT: A National Park Service career employee, a highly credible witness, saw David Hearn (ActBlue) in broad daylight vandalize the Reflecting Pool by "violently" ripping and tugging at the Pool's somewhat delicate coating. The National Park Service employee provided this witness testimony to the U.S. Attorney's Office in early July, as seen below. Numerous other events took place, including using an acid like material on the just installed grass adjoining the Pool. On it were written the letters, "86 47," a phrase probably gotten from James Comey. There was substantial other damage to the Reflecting Pool, also but, unfortunately, there is no video or proof, other than the damage, itself. We are working on the Pool, and it will reopen shortly. As with many jobs, there was also some contractor error done by rushing the job for a July 4th opening, but it was a very small area of this massive Pool, and was relatively inconsequential. Security cameras have been, and are being, installed. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Further investigation by the government included interviews with two National Park Service ("NPS") employees, W-1 and W-2, who were both engaged in cleaning the interior of the Reflecting Pool. The defendant approached the area where they were working. W-1 stated they observed the defendant using his cellular telephone to take what the NPS employee believed to be video or a photograph(s) of the damage to the reflecting pool. The NPS employee, W-1, stated that the defendant then knelt, placed both hands into the reflecting pool-below the surface of the water-and started to "violently" rip and tug at a large portion of the blue pool coating. The NPS employee, W-1, asked the second NPS employee, W-2, to contact police and requested that the defendant not touch or rip at the coating. The defendant told W-1, that the NPS personnel were "awfully sensitive about the pool" and he continued to tug at the coating until National Guard soldiers arrived.
This is just the latest piece of evidence that President Trump has shared regarding the Reflecting Pool vandalism.
A few days ago, President Trump called on U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro to re-open the case after new photographs showing the damage came out.

The latest post comes days after Trump urged U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro to revisit the case after prosecutors dropped the charge against Hearn.
Hearn was indicted July 2 on one count of felony destruction of property after U.S. Park Police alleged he grabbed and pulled at a loose portion of the pool coating on June 19 and continued after being told to stop by a National Park Service employee. Officials initially alleged the damage exceeded $1,000.
Pirro's office later said prosecutors had received only "barebones" reports from the Department of the Interior before seeking the indictment and were not initially given records documenting broader problems with the pool coating's installation.
Prosecutors said documents produced after the indictment showed that some of the Reflecting Pool damage was tied to flawed installation by contractor Atlantic Industrial Coatings and a push to finish the project before events surrounding the America 250 celebration.
"Had DOI been forthcoming with the information clearly in its possession, the government would not have sought a grand jury indictment," prosecutors wrote in seeking dismissal.
The government said the newly disclosed evidence made it difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Hearn caused the damage alleged in the indictment. Prosecutors asked for the case to be dismissed without prejudice, leaving open the possibility that charges could be brought again.
Trump has repeatedly challenged Pirro's decision, saying last week that he "disagree[d] 100%" with the U.S. attorney and later accusing her of having "choked" under pressure in the case.
