The EU's Net Feudalism

The EU's Net Feudalism

The European Commission is relentlessly advancing its project to subjugate independent media. Beyond classic censorship, sophisticated technologies like algorithmic search control are being deployed. Alternative outlets such as Tichys Einblick are thus increasingly blocked from public reach. The republican spirit is quietly dying.

Time to Slaughter Humphrey’s Executor

Rebecca Slaughter was a Democrat commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). President Trump fired her. She sued, claiming the President violated a 1914 federal law that bars the President from firing commissioners except for cause of the most egregious reasons. UK’s Labour Censorship Initiative

As economic and cultural suicide stalk Western Europe, it has initiated efforts to hobble America's technological advantage and diminish our freedoms. The first documented attacks on our open dialogue came from the UK and began in 2018 when Morgan McGreevy, Keir Starmer’s chief of staff (then Labour Together’s managing director), began and funded an outfit called Stop Funding Fake News (SFFN). Recognizing that the online news purveyors could best be silenced by depriving them of funds, it first targeted UK outfits, but moved on in an attempt to starve U.S. outfits like American Thinker, Breitbart, Zero Hedge, and the Federalist of advertising revenue, and astroturfing defamation of such sites.

Climate Milestones

Climate Milestones

On December 1, America experienced two remarkable climate milestones.  Despite the unhinged warnings of climate alarmists, 2025 is turning out to be one of the least stormy, and coldest, years on record.

Despite NOAA predictions this spring of a “more than active” hurricane season, the 2025 season has passed without a single Atlantic hurricane making landfall.  That in itself is unusual.  But it has been followed by record-setting cold and snow in the eastern U.S.
