The estate of late NASCAR driver Greg Biffle faces allegations of offloading millions of dollars in assets as wrongful death lawsuits continue to mount.
Biffle died alongside six others in a Dec. 18, 2025, plane crash, including his wife Cristina, children Emma and Ryder, pilot Dennis Dutton, his son Jack, and NASCAR community member Craig Wadsworth.
Wadsworth's estate filed a wrongful death suit for more than $10 million, and the estates of Dutton and his son sued Biffle's estate for a total of $30 million in April, alleging the legendary racecar driver was partly responsible for the crash due to inadequate aircraft maintenance, according to TMZ.
Elena Smith, administrator of Wadsworth's estate, filed legal documents accusing those overseeing his estate of selling millions in assets and dispersing personal memorabilia. She demanded the court step in to freeze further sales and distributions, according to TMZ.

Smith claimed $1.6 million in real estate was sold by Jordyn Biffle Carpenter, Biffle's niece and the administrator of his estate. Smith alleged that she took over Biffle's real estate company, NC Property LLC, and sold off the property without disclosing where the money went after the sale, according to TMZ.
Smith alleged that Carpenter concealed a will Biffle signed just months before his death, which reportedly designated other individuals to manage his estate.
Smith also claimed Biffle's yacht, "Checkered Past," is being offered for sale in Florida for more than $4 million, despite being absent from the estate's inventory. The petition further accused Carpenter of handing out Biffle's personal, valuable memorabilia as party favors during an August gathering at the late NASCAR star's mountain ranch, according to TMZ. She has asked the court to order a full accounting of the estate's assets and requested that Carpenter be replaced as administrator with a neutral party, designated to handle matters moving forward.
A hearing on Smith's petition to freeze Biffle's estate assets is scheduled for the second week of November.
