No straightforward explanation: Pentagon reports 3rd physics-defying triangular UFO

Federal special agents at a sensitive site in the Western United States recently spotted an unidentified anomalous phenomenon in the shape of a black triangle, according to the Department of War's Friday release of UAP files.

At 7:23 p.m. local time on a recent date, agents familiar with aviation spotted a triangular aircraft three miles away. It was nine to 15 feet across, six feet deep, two feet thick, emitting heat, and black in color. The object shot up 200 feet then moved horizontally before diving down, according to the files. The object had no normal aviation lights and made no sound.

There is no straightforward explanation for the sighting, given the combination of these factors, according to the files. The technology exceeds what the United States is capable of creating in the near future.

Voter verification: 8-1 Supreme Court decision allows rejection of student IDs at the polls

The Supreme Court in an 8-1 decision allowed New Hampshire to block student IDs as a valid form of voter identification.

In an unsigned order released Thursday, the justices paused Oct. 2 and Oct. 5 orders by U.S. District Judge Joseph Laplante, a George W. Bush appointee, that prevented the state from enforcing its restrictions on student IDs.

Justices cited past precedent, noting, "This Court has repeatedly emphasized that lower federal courts should ordinarily not alter the election rules on the eve of an election."

They added, "Here, the District Court did not point to anything that would justify deviating from that principle."

In April, the state Legislature passed a bill, HB 323, to prevent student IDs from being used as valid identification to obtain a ballot. Lawmakers noted that student IDs often lack expiration dates and can remain in circulation after they are no longer valid, and generally lack the address verification, citizenship confirmation, and security features associated with government-issued identification.

The law went into effect in June. The Coalition for Open Democracy sued, alleging the law put an undue burden on the right to vote and discriminated against young voters.

"The single biggest problem that I've tried to bend my time and energy to solving is the fact that too many people in this country don't get the health care they need and deserve," he said on the campaign trail on Tuesday, citing his experience as the top public health official in Detroit and Wayne County.

But El-Sayed's academic work in public health has a more narrow focus. Several of the peer reviewed papers he has coauthored argue that when Arabs live in ethnically identical enclaves in America they have better health. El-Sayed's papers often argued that "acculturation," an academic term for adopting a nation's values and ways of life, causes the health of Arabs in America to decline.

Two former FBI officials have been arrested, taken into custody, on allegations they lied to Congress about their involvement in the FBI’s investigations into Hunter Biden, according to FBI chief Kash Patel.

Jeanine Pirro, the federal prosecutor in Washington, said, ‘Lying to Congress by anyone strikes at the heart of our democratic system. But when senior FBI agents lie to Congress believing they are above the law, it's time to bring the hammer of justice down on them.”

The officials were identified as Nikki Cole Floris and Bradley Benavides.

Patel, in an online announcement confirmed, “The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into the since-dissolved FBI Foreign Influence Task Force. Floris led the FITF as a Deputy Assistant Director from mid-2019 through mid-2022. Benavides was the FITF Section Chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. A federal judge has ordered the CIA to begin releasing records related to January 6 by November 16, including documents on shots fired inside the Capitol, requests for bomb technicians and detection dogs, and whether CIA personnel were deployed. The ruling follows a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch.

In a recent ruling, the U.S. District Court for the D.C.— for the District of Columbia ordered the CIA to begin releasing records related to shots fired inside the Capitol.

The agency must also release requests for bomb technicians and bomb-detecting dogs and whether CIA personnel were deployed. The order stems from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit Filed by conservative legal watchdog Judicial Watch.

First Lady Melania Trump is being credited with developing a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine for one Ukrainian city to allow residents there to access humanitarian aid and to work on a civilian evacuation.

A report from White House briefings identified the city as Oleshky, in southern Ukraine near the Dnipro River.

It held some 24,000 residents before the war, but today there are an estimated 1,700-2,000 people there.

The report said it has been on the front line of the war since it started and when the Kakhovka Dam was destroyed, most of the city was flooded.

The First Lady, in a statement, said, "The situation in Oleshky is dire. Oleshky is a front-line war city on the brink of disaster. Oleshky's remaining population is comprised primarily of elderly residents who urgently need medical attention, medicine, food, and clean water.

"The people of Oleshky have limited electricity, live amid mined roads, and endure regular military attacks. It was abundantly clear that without my intervention, the possibility to bring humanitarian aid into the city and to evacuate the elderly would be impossible."

Declassified FBI files released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force – files former California Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell wanted concealed and threatened the FBI to try to obtain that concealment – show his relationship with Chinese national Fang Fang, AKA Christine Fang, including allegedly accepting illegal contributions in return for permission for her to place interns in Congress.

A report at Just the News examines the released files and shows that the FBI first wanted to investigate Swalwell for that “bribery scheme,” but narrowed the case eventually to allege only that Fang made illegal donations through conduits.

The report explained Swalwell admitted to having sex with Fang, his staff “placing Fang’s interns in Congress” and missing “straw donations” she allegedly passed through conduits.

Ultimately, the DOJ declined to prosecute her despite strong evidence after she fled the U.S., an investigation led during its early period by Jack Smith, the Democrat prosecutor who later turned his lawfare against President Donald Trump.

The architect of a key government initiative aimed at improving children's health across several indicators told the Daily Caller News Foundation why the issue is especially important now and how it fits into the broader Make America Healthy Again movement.

Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in May put out a U.S. Surgeon General's Advisory "on the Harms of Screen Use [sic]." In an interview with the DCNF, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health Stephanie Haridopolos called the document "a great success," adding that it was "an opportunity of a lifetime and the capstone of my career to even be the architect of this advisory."
