Government watchdog group Judicial Watch announced it has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Justice Department for the contents of Anthony Fauci's government-issued cell phones. The phones were provided to former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director Fauci and later reportedly recovered by the FBI.

The Southern Poverty Law Center's (SPLC) bid to dismiss charges brought against it by the Trump Administration was rejected by a federal judge in Alabama.
U.S. District Judge Emily Marks ruled on Friday that the leftist nonprofit organization did not meet the bar to demonstrate the Justice Department was motivated by animus in bringing the case.
In April of this year, the Justice Department indicted the SPLC on 11 counts, including wire fraud, false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted on Thursday to recommend former Covid czar Anthony Fauci be held in contempt of Congress.
The vote follows Fauci invoking the Fifth Amendment 111 times during a committee hearing last week on the pandemic response and the origins of the Covid virus.
