A Big Brother star who was fined for driving her son to school without a license or insurance has avoided another charge for not wearing a seatbelt after telling the court she'd had a breast enlargement.
Charley Uchea, who starred in the 2007 series of the reality show, appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court charged with a string of driving offences.
On November 10 last year, Uchea was driving along Carmichael Avenue in Greenhithe, Kent, when she was pulled over by two police officers.
When she was stopped the 40-year-old was found to have previously been disqualified from driving for 18 months in 2010 for failing to provide a specimen and her licence was then revoked by the DVLA in 2015 after she didn't attend an appointment with them.
After she was charged with not wearing a seatbelt, Uchea said: 'I didn't have my seatbelt fully around me as I'd had a boob job.
'I know I shouldn't have done it.'
Prosecutor Mili Matin told the court that Uchea was stopped by two PCs.
'She was not wearing her seatbelt while driving,' the prosecutor said.

'She told officers she was her sister, who was showing on the insurance.
'PC Brown then challenged her on her correct name and she admitted she was Charley Uchea.
'PC Brown then told her she had a revoked licence. The BMW had no MOT or tax since March 2024.
'She was questioned about the driving offences and she fully admitted to driving on a revoked licence.'
Uchea, of Greenhithe, was charged with having no insurance, driving after her licence was revoked, using a car without a valid test certificate, and not wearing a seatbelt.
The latter charge was eventually dropped after she pleaded guilty to the others.
Uchea said she had just been taking her son to school and it was a momentary lapse of judgement.
Chair of the bench Stephan Smith asked Uchea what her income was, to which she said she had set up her own eyelash business.

After she was charged with not wearing a seatbelt, Uchea said: 'I didn't have my seatbelt fully around me as I'd had a boob job. I know I shouldn't have done it.'
But she told him she had recently been seriously injured when hit by a truck and which meant she now had no income.
'I'm basically broke,' she said.
He gave her eight points on her licence, a fine of £120, a surcharge of £48 and costs of £85.
'I'm so sorry I did it,' she told the court.
'I will not be back.'
