Police were required to intervene after a wild Halloween party in a $10 million mansion in Sydney's eastern suburbs quickly spiralled out of control on Friday night.
Emergency services, including police and NSW Ambulance paramedics, were called to the home on Eastbourne Avenue, which overlooks Clovelly Beach, at about 8.50pm after the party spilled out onto surrounding streets.
At least 200 people are believed to have attended the event, including gatecrashers who jumped a fence to get inside.
One local resident took to Facebook to complain that gatecrashers were also trying to break into her adjacent property: 'Drunk kids everywhere.... they were all trying to jump in our backyard. Seriously out of control.'
Things quickly quietened down after authorities arrived, with paramedics setting up a treatment station in the street for intoxicated partygoers.
One person was wheeled away on a stretcher and taken to Prince of Wales Hospital for further monitoring.
NSW Police confirmed no arrests were made and no property damage was recorded, but officers remained stationed outside the property while the crowds dispersed.
According to a local Facebook page, some revellers continued drinking at Waverley Cemetery but were soon moved on.

Police were also required to break up a wild party in Sydney's northwest after hundreds of teenagers spilled into the streets when a house party in Marsden Park became too crowded.
CCTV footage from neighbouring properties on Charles Tompson Boulevard showed a huge horde of teens being dispersed, with some growing unruly after being told to move on.
While emergency services were on the scene, an 18-year-old man was slashed across the arm after getting into an altercation with another partygoer. Police later arrested a 17-year-old boy and charged him with reckless wounding and possessing a prohibited drug.
He was refused bail and appeared before a children's court on Saturday.
