The Democrat tasked with investigating Donald Trump has promised that nobody in the First Family is off limits after warning the President to 'lawyer up.'
Robert Garcia made the fiery warning to the President shortly after it was confirmed the Democrats would sweep into power in a shocking blue wave Tuesday night.
Garcia, a California Congressman and currently the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, confirmed he has plans to dig into the entire Trump family when the left takes over.
'If you are part of that family, you have been involved in grift and we've seen that,' Garcia told Aaron Parnas.
He then cited Donald Trump Jr's 'red wedding,' the lavish ceremony he hosted earlier this year that was bankrolled by a Russian oligarch.
Bride Bettina addressed the rumors and posted a series of never-before-seen photos on September 14, calling the Russian national 'our dear friend Umar.'
Garcia also suggested all of Trump's sons could be investigated for sitting on the boards of companies 'getting, essentially, contracts from the Pentagon.'
He listed 'crypto schemes' and Jared Kushner's relationship with Saudi Arabia as other things they could look into, but 'the list goes on and on and on.'

'There are serious issues here and there are serious allegations in what they've been involved with,' he added, citing pay to play.

Garcia said there would be 'real hearings and a demand for there to be justice' before explaining why this was important.
'All this corruption is actually hurting the American family. As people are struggling to pay the gas, to pay the groceries, to pay the rent, the Trumps are getting richer and they're connected. They're stealing from you to enrich themselves.'
He said that ultimately, 'accountability' is connected to the Democrats midterm messages on 'affordability.'
A White House official told The Daily Mail that what matters is Trump is still very much in charge of what goes on in Washington.
'If crazed Democrats want to abuse their power and politicize their process of investigations, subpoenas, and destroying lives, they should be reminded that we still control the federal government and all of its powers,' they added.
White House spokesperson Lauren Bid added that the President remains committed to working 'with anyone to continue delivering victories with hardworking Americans' before shooting Democrats another warning.
'As the President has said, he's willing to work with anyone to continue delivering victories for hardworking Americans. If Democrats choose to pursue sham investigations and radical left policies, they are choosing to work against the American people,' Bis said.

The President will spend the final two years of his second term fending off corruption investigations into himself and his family, battling legislative gridlock and embroiled in spending battles and possible government shutdowns. He may also face a third impeachment crisis. It is not the way he wanted to end his time in office.
In January, Democrats will take over as chairs of House committees. They will have subpoena power to demand documents and funding to launch investigations.
Garcia, who is set to become the next chair of the House oversight committee, warned Republicans on Tuesday evening to 'lawyer up.'
He and other leading Democrats have vowed to begin a wide array of probes targeting the President, his sons Don Jr and Eric, and son-in-law Jared Kushner.
There will be investigations into family cryptocurrency ventures, the funding of projects including the White House ballroom, and Trump's acceptance of a Qatari jet to use as Air Force One.
There could even be attempts to call Barron and Melania as witnesses and Trump's legal team is already prepping behind the scenes to stage a robust defense of his family.
A Democratic congressional official told the Daily Mail: 'Anything that has to do with the Trump family is going to be looked at on day one. Anyone colluding with the Trump administration, anything regarding corporate corruption is going to be top of the list as well.
'We also are going to be looking at DHS and ICE abuse, and then finally, obviously, the continuation of the Epstein investigation.'
Elon Musk could also be in the firing line as Democrats seek to investigate his businesses and his role in DOGE.
Trump has hit back, declaring he would issue preemptive pardons to 'protect' Musk and any of his own aides who might be targeted.
