A Wyoming restaurant owner took matters into her own hands after a family of four allegedly ate $130 worth of food before running out without paying.

Zoey Aldahash, owner of Sweet Zoey Mediterranean restaurant in Casper, said the group ordered appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts during lunch last May.

'They ate everything, appetizers, drinks, sweets, mains, everything,' Aldahash told news organization Cowboy State Daily.

'Then the four of them stood up in the same moment together, they walked to the door, and once they opened the door, they ran to the car.'

Rather than call the police, Aldahash posted a security camera image of the group on the restaurant's Facebook page and asked the community for help identifying them.

'Today at Sweet Zoey's, a family came in, ate and drank about $130 worth of food, then left without paying,' she wrote.

'As a small local restaurant, this really hurts. That food is not "just food" - it is labor, ingredients, bills, and the hard work of our team.'

Don't punish your children with cleaning chores unless you want them to become messy adults, TikTok's 'Cleaning Queen' Ann Russell has advised.

Ms Russell is famous on social media as 'that English cleaner lady', posting tips on housework along with her own reasoned musings on current affairs.

A professional cleaner for more than 20 years and the mother of four adult children, she has amassed a staggering three million followers and 100 million likes on TikTok alone.

Described in the Washington Post as 'a TikTok cleaning queen', Ms Russell's largely young fan base frequently compliment her non-judgemental style of issuing advice.

And she told the Mail this week: 'Cleaning is not a moral thing, and a lot of people – an awful lot of girls – have spent their childhood [believing otherwise]. My grandmother [who raised her] spent her time saying, "Oh, child, look at this mess! I don't know how I'm going to tidy it." 

'And I felt awful, but I didn't know how to do it. I didn't understand what she wanted, and I had to teach myself.

Tyson Fury has been dealt a blow after plans for a huge airport car park at the bottom of his garden were given the green light by the local council.

A 1,384-space parking area is set to be built next to the ex-world champion's home in the posh village of Styal.

Cheshire East Council has given nearby Manchester Airport the thumbs up to build the car park as part of its 10-year, £1.3billion expansion plan, despite objections from four of Fury's neighbours.

The site, which is a stone's throw from Wilmslow, is one kilometre from the airport and is currently 'a series of large derelict horticultural glasshouse buildings', according to planning documents.

It is not clear if Fury was one of those who objected, although the huge lot will back directly onto a parcel of land he owns and which he has been trying to renovate for years.

The TV star, 68, had wanted to build an 'all weather' venue for her horse-loving wife Portia De Rossi, 53, as they look to cement their roots in the area after moving to Britain in November 2024.

Francis Carter, 71, spent 25 years in behind bars for killing two men in Australia, but authorities there will not take him back when he walks free from a UK prison after judges in Queensland said the monster should never be released, a court has heard.

Since October 1 last year, all GP practices in England must accept queries and booking requests from an Online form from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

But a new poll of 330 GPs and 242 practice managers found a third (32 per cent) have been forced to reduce the number of face-to-face appointments they deliver as a result.

Meanwhile, a quarter (25 per cent) think the new requirements have put patient safety at risk, the survey by GP magazines Pulse and Management In Practice found.

According to NHS England's own data, the proportion of GP appointments in England that were carried out face-to-face is on a steady downwards trend, while the proportion performed by phone or online has been rising steadily.

In June, 60.2 per cent of patients were seen face-to-face, compared to 62.9 per cent in June 2025 and 64.9 per cent in June 2024.

Staff members initially said that Al-Sirri was not in his office when a reporter visited, despite his car being parked in the driveway.

Meanwhile, 25 per cent say the requirements have put patient safety at risk, the survey by journals Pulse and Management In Practice found, because dealing with patients remotely makes it less likely that GPs will spot symptoms of serious diseases such as cancer.

According to NHS England, the proportion of GP appointments in England carried out face to face is falling, while that of those by phone or online is rising.

The new Education Secretary has vowed to launch a vocational 'revolution' as new figures revealed more than 50,000 teenagers will not receive any exam results this week.

Speaking ahead of A-level and T-level Results Day on Thursday, Lucy Powell said she will focus on technical and vocational pathways to tackle the number of young people not in employment, education or training (Neet).

The Department for Education (DfE) estimates that nearly 58,000 18-year-olds in England will get no results this week because they have dropped out of education and training, although some are in employment.

Mrs Powell said: 'It's a big number. We know that they're more likely to be not in education and employment for the years to come, already being out of the system.

'This is a clarion call for all of us in Government, and more widely, to really address this issue because this has a huge impact not just on those individuals for the rest of their lives but on society and the economy for years business and employers and society to come.'

Tokyo's former ambassador to Canberra has unleashed over Anthony Albanese's 'melons' comment about Japan's prime minister Sanae Takaichi.

In an episode of the Bush Deep podcast with Nikki Osborne, Albanese recalled being given a 'royal melon' by Takaichi during her first visit to Australia in May.

Osborne questioned whether the melons were 'smuggled' into Australia, to which Albanese joked that the Japanese leader has 'got a couple of melons' and made hand gestures.

Osborne joked that the Japanese leader was 'looking like Pamela Anderson' and Albanese said: 'She brought two, as you do... and they're beautiful.' 

On Monday, about a month after the comments were aired, Albanese pushed back against suggestions his remarks were a crude joke about her anatomy. 'This assertion is wrong.' 

But Shingo Yamagami, Japan's former ambassador to Australia, said the interview had undermined the Prime Minister's reputation in Japan. 

According to Yamagami, Takaichi is no stranger to derogatory remarks about her body and gender from China and her political opponents, 'the last thing she expected was to be so casually mocked by the trusted leader of Japan's special strategic partner'.
