While Republicans cried boogeyman and climbed into bed with Silicon Valley's most powerful elites, Democrats found victory by taking the beast head-on.
The Democratic Party had great success Tuesday night, in part, because they connected the AI data center expansion and Silicon Valley's immense corporate power to some of voters' top concerns: the cost of living, rising energy bills, and political corruption. They also portrayed Republicans as fully aligned with the industry and many of its top billionaire oligarchs, such as Elon Musk.
