Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) envisions himself “running for president,” Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), up for reelection in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily.

Perry spoke about the races outside of his own – which currently has a lean Democrat status per Cook Political Report – pointing to the governor’s race and what it means for the future.

“We got our governor’s race going on, and of course our governor, Josh Shapiro. I knew him since we served in the state legislature together. He’s always and only had one goal in mind. It was never to be governor or attorney general of Pennsylvania,” Perry said.

“He’s always just visioned envisioned himself running for president, and then that’s what he’s gearing up for,” he warned. “So, of course, he doesn’t want to have a even close showing here. … He’s pumping a pile of money into his own race, which he shouldn’t have. Hasn’t done anything, right? He hasn’t done anything as governor, but he’s plowing a bunch of money into his race to make sure that the numbers are pumped up so that he can make the case to run for president.”

A Massachusetts jury convicted a suburban Boston dad of repeatedly fondling a teenage girl aboard a JetBlue flight, committing the shocking act while on the airliner with his wife and four children.

After a three-day trial Jonathan Alan Lefman, 48, was found guilty of sexually abusing the 17-year-old girl seated in front of him on a Boston-bound flight from Puerto Rico in August of 2024, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts announced Thursday. The FBI posted photos of the defendant's hand poking through the girl’s seat around the time of the deviant offense.

The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking to preemptively block certification of the Alaska U.S. Senate contest should the state certify “electoral results tainted by the inclusion” of liberal activist Daniel J. Sullivan, who is being propped up by left-wing Democrats due to sharing the same name as incumbent Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan.

The two-term senator is seeking a third term in office and is one of four candidates in the race, along with former Democrat Rep. Mary Peltola, the liberal Sullivan, and Gerald Heikes. 

The lawsuit, which was filed in federal court in Alaska on October 22, provides a lengthy list of exhibits detailing the extent of which left-wing interests have sought to confuse voters with identical names and signage. The Alaska Division of Elections initially kicked the liberal activist off the ballot, but his candidacy was reinstated by the Alaska Supreme Court.

The Department of Homeland Security has a message for the latest caravan of approximately 400 to 700 migrants headed north from Mexico's southern border state of Chiapas. "There is absolutely ZERO chance this caravan will be allowed into the United States," DHS officials posted in a social media post on X on Wednesday, adding, "We will protect our borders–America is a nation, not an economic zone."

The migrant caravan, composed mostly of Central American migrants left Mexico's southern border with Guatemala on Tuesday. Initially calling itself "Caravana Sin Fronteras", or "Caravan Without Borders", the group took on the name "Fe y Esperanza #2", or "Faith and Hope #2", paying homage to an earlier caravan dissolved by Mexico's National Institute of Migration (INM).
