Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar claimed her guest at the State of the Union address was 'forcibly removed' and arrested for a silent protest as the woke lawmaker defended her own vocal heckling of President Donald Trump.
Omar, a representative from Minnesota, invited Aliya Rahman, 43, to join her for the president's annual speech following her shocking arrest by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents last month.
Rahman, a US citizen, was dragged from her car and accused of assaulting an Immigration Customs and Border Enforcement agent during a raid in Minneapolis on January 12.
On Tuesday, she stood up in silent protest as Trump was speaking about the immigration raids in Minnesota during his address.
'For that, she was forcibly removed, despite warning officers about her injured shoulders and ultimately charged with "Unlawful Conduct",' Omar shared on social media Wednesday.
'Reports indicate she was aggressively handled until someone intervened to secure medical attention,' she continued. 'She was taken to George Washington University Hospital for treatment and later booked at the United States Capitol Police headquarters.'
The lawmaker also defended her own conduct during the speech, which included yelling at the president along with Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.
Tlaib's racially charged outburst drew strong condemnation from fellow Democrat John Fetterman who blasted the duo for 'screaming and yelling' during the speech.

Rahman later claimed she spent several hours in jail and said that during her arrest on Tuesday night officers aggravated injuries she sustained when ICE officers apprehended her last month.
She told Democracy Now that she had decided to stand 'the moment I heard this man say some of the most racist things I have heard come out of any leaders' mouth about the people of my city'.
She claimed the president continued to 'trash-talk my state of Minnesota and glorify DHS, the people who did this to me and who are being allowed to roam free on the streets'.
'The reason I stood up at that moment was not to disrupt anything,' Rahman continued. 'I was silent, arms by my side.
'I stood up because hearing this level of racism, I wanted to see with my own eyes, unmediated by anyone's lens, who had still come to this building to govern, if there were any grownups down there. Who really believes this lie that was used to brutalize our city, my body?'
Rahman, who is disabled and has autism, said she has a torn rotator cuff tendon and multiple cartilage tears in both of my shoulders.
'Only when their own sergeant intervened in a back stairwell of that building to say "Stop! We need to get her medical care and a wheelchair" did they stop tugging on me while again I was saying, "disabled,"' she claimed.
An unsigned statement from Capitol Police has since noted that 'all State of the Union tickets clearly explain that demonstrating is prohibited' and 'the guest was told to sit down, but refused to obey our lawful orders,' according to The New York Times.
Rahman was pulled from her vehicle by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents last month in Minneapolis
She was accused of the assaulting an ICE officer and was arrested for obstruction of law enforcement efforts
Rahman is now facing a misdemeanor charge, punishable with a fine of up to $500 and up to six months in prison.
She has previously pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing charges in Ohio and was hit with multiple traffic violations, according to records obtained by the Daily Mail.
But Rahman is not the only one facing backlash for their actions at the State of the Union, with Omar also under fire for shouting at the president during his speech.
Omar was seen yelling, 'You've killed Americans' at Trump, while her colleague, Rashida Tlaib chanted 'KKK' at Republican lawmakers.
Trump has since hit back, suggesting on his Truth Social page that he would like to see Omar and Tlaib leave the US.
'When you watch Low IQ Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as they screamed uncontrollably last night at the very elegant State of the Union, such an important and beautiful event, they had the bulging, bloodshot eyes of crazy people, LUNATICS, mentally deranged and sick who, frankly, look like they should be institutionalized,' the president wrote.
'When people can behave like that, and knowing that they are Crooked and Corrupt Politicians, so bad for our Country, we should send them back from where they came - as fast as possible,' he then said.
Senator John Fetterman, of Pennsylvania, also hit out at his Democratic colleagues for their outbursts.

'The constant kinds of yelling and screaming and you know, holding up signs and doing all of these things - I don't care it's a Republican or Democrat as the president, just don't do that,' he told Bill Hemmer on Fox News Wednesday, referencing Omar and Tlaib's outbursts as well as Representative Al Green who was escorted out of the House chamber for holding a sign in protest.
'Respect the office,' Fetterman urged.
But despite the backlash, Omar has stood by her actions when she was asked by CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Wednesday whether she would have been better off joining other Democrats in boycotting the State of the Union.
'No, I think it was really unavoidable,' she responded.
'The president talked about protecting Americans, and I just had to remind him that his administration was responsible for killing two of my constituents.'
Renee Niccole Good and Alex Pretti were both killed at the hands of federal agents in Minnesota earlier this year.
When she was then asked whether she had any regrets, Omar said defiantly: 'I do not.
Democrat John Fetterman, a Senator from Pennsylvania, called Omar out for 'yelling and screaming' at the State of the Union
'And I think many people look at that moment when the president says it is our responsibility to protect Americans, and he does not acknowledge the fact that two Americans, two of my constituents, two of our neighbors were killed.
'And it was important for me to just remind the American people that the president and his administration was responsible for killing two American citizens.'
She later added that she thought 'it was really important for my constituents to see me there, it was really important for my constituents to hear I was reminding the president that Renee Good and Alex Pretti were killed under this administration.'
