The New York Times thinks "white pill" means taking cyanide

The mainstream media is corrupt, they're dishonest, they're biased.

But let's never forget that they're also very dumb.

The talk turned to cyanide. 'Do you want the white pill first, or the black pill first?'

I understand if you're not into online lingo, so let me explain.

White pill and black pill are plays on a Matrix meme. "Red pill" generally means to open your eyes and become right-wing. "White pill" is, essentially, a reference to optimism, and "black pill" to pessimism.

I can forgive you for not knowing the memes. But if you're a New York Times writer or editor, you have to know that the "white pill" doesn't mean suicide by cyanide 😅

How many people read this and re-read it only to go with "Yep, white pill means taking cyanide"??? 😂

I mean, yeah, the midterms were bad. But the talk did not, in fact, "turn to cyanide." 🤣

If you want a real white pill, it's that our enemies are stupid.

The black pill? They somehow keep winning.
