Trump confirms Iran supreme leader's death, says 'pinpoint bombing' will continue as long as needed

President Trump reacted to the death of Iran's longtime supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, on Saturday following U.S. and Israeli strikes in the country.

Trump said Khamenei's death marks the greatest chance for freedom in Iran.

"Khamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead. This is not only Justice for the people of Iran, but for all Great Americans, and those people from many Countries throughout the World, that have been killed or mutilated by Khamenei and his gang of bloodthirsty THUGS," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
