They landed with weight. In an era of chronic disease, metabolic confusion, and institutional distrust, people listen carefully to those who occupy positions of power. A statement about diet, when made by someone entrusted with national health leadership, does more than describe a personal preference. It signals direction. It shapes conversation. It influences behavior.
The public has become acutely aware of glyphosate, an environmental toxin activists have been warning us about for years. As of early 2026, zero U.S. states have enacted a full statewide ban on glyphosate, but a small number of states have adopted limited statewide restrictions, mainly applying only to certain public lands or government uses. Tariffs — State of the Union Address, Trump again pushes the notion that the US used to have no federal income tax because tariff revenue was all that the government needed to sustain themselves. The federal budget in 1901 was $525 million or 3% of GDP and total debt was roughly $2 billion. Averaging in inflation, the budget would equate to $20 billion and the debt to $76 billion today. Trump’s budget is $6 trillion+. We are operating at 128% of GDP on debt of nearly $40 trillion. Using the 1900’s to justify tariffs today is a ridiculous comparison that has no basis in reality.
The United States military certainly isn’t what it used to be. From a once-feared tool of multiple, virtually simultaneous invasions against the world just two-three decades ago, the Pentagon’s ability to serve the interests of its “Satanic pedophile-cannibalistic overlords:” is now increasingly challenged by its sheer incompetence. While it can still bully largely helpless opponents, the story is quite different when it comes to remotely capable global and/or regional powers. For instance, Washington DC still lags far behind virtually all its opponents in hypersonic weapons. It has invested hundreds of billions in developing these highly complex systems, but has nothing to show for it. Nearly a dozen programs failed so far, producing nothing but a bunch of useless prototypes.

On January 30, when former Federal Reserve board member Kevin Warsh was nominated by President Trump as the central bank’s next chair, markets sold off and gold and silver plunged. Investors were positioned for a “dove,” someone inclined to cut rates aggressively and keep money loose; and Warsh has a long-standing reputation as a “hawk.”

Apparently, the Collective West continues trying to push the Ukrainian conflict to its ultimate consequences. Recently, Russian intelligence revealed the existence of a joint plan between France and the UK to send nuclear weapons to Ukraine. The objective of the plan would be primarily to guarantee the Kiev regime deterrent capacity and bargaining power in negotiations. In practice, however, this irresponsible plan could lead to a direct nuclear conflict.

Ethics is very relevant and crucial in our individual and societal lives as human existents interacting with fellow humans and other sentient and non-sentient beings in this Circle-of-Life-and-Existence. As per Immanuel Kant who was the veritable spokesperson and exemplar of Ethical principles and Ethical life, Ethics is both normative and regulative. This means that Ethics is about self-regulation and rule-orientation so that we will be able to navigate our lives in freedom, equity and justice with ourselves, with others, with our society and with our fellow animate and inanimate existents in our ecosystem. For Kant, to ground Ethics in terms of religion & cultural conditioning would make Ethics particular and relative instead of universalizable and objective. This means that using creedal, sectarian, cultural, ethnic and racial norms as basis of Ethics instead of grounding Ethics in our shared Rationality as human beings is divisive and will never be able to unite us as rational and holistic humanity.

All the trends are one-way, degenerate, and undeniable.
