This was recorded on activist Karlyn Borysenko's livestream. She calls it an out-of-context clip (and it is, because it is so short), so here is the longer quote from the, uh, comedian.

I think we should start killing kids until they let us use whatever bathroom they want.
Who knows what they and us means in this situation. It could mean I, it could mean we, it could mean he, it could mean she!
What we do know is a bunch of people in the room laughed when a crossdressing comedian made a joke about "killing kids until they let us use whatever bathroom they want."
