Paris Jackson Challenges Executor Of Michael Jackson’s Estate With Damning Financial Allegations

Paris Jackson Challenges Executor Of Michael Jackson’s Estate With Damning Financial Allegations

Paris Jackson is demanding accountability from those managing her late father Michael Jackson's estate, challenging what she alleges is a troubling misuse of his fortune.

Paris filed court documents on Oct. 29 demanding that the late Michael Jackson's estate release $600 million to a family trust established by her father to benefit her and her two brothers.

A full 17 years after his tragic death, the siblings have not been paid.

Legal documents reviewed by The Daily Caller expose what appear to be extravagant and unwarranted personal expenditures by Mr. Branca, the estate's executor.

Paris's objections to the Estate's 2021 and 2022 accountings included documented references to over $13,298,937 of expenses and compensation in the Estate's accounting.

The 2021 accounting records appeared to show more than $1 million spent on Mr. Branca's private flights.

"Mr. Branca's Claim That His Private Jet Travel Was Entirely Business Related and Reimbursed by Third-Parties Is False," the filing said. After being exposed, Paris said Mr. Branca returned over $600,000 in travel expenses.

The filing noted that "As a result of Paris's ongoing investigation of Mr. Branca's travel expenses charged to the Estate, Mr. Branca has been forced to acknowledge that multiple trips each year were for entirely personal affairs, and that personal stops were tacked onto purportedly Estate-related business trips."

Paris' legal documents went on to say, "This practice hid theft of Estate assets from the beneficiaries," further noting that "These partial payments are, of course, nothing more than confessions."

Paris' concerns were not limited to Mr. Branca's travel expenses. Elsewhere in the documents reviewed by The Daily Caller, Paris flagged concerns that the "Executor authorized the payment of at least $3,827,520.20 in legal expenses in 2022." She continued, "$1,436,417 of which went to Mr. Branca's own law firm."

The court filing asserted this payout was processed "despite not reporting any of the work it does on behalf of the Estate."

A hearing date is scheduled for December 7, 2026.
