This is a lot for $24.
$24 won't even buy you a burrito these days!
But these three peeps were apparently hungry.
This happened in the Bronx, because of course. According to cops, the perps (two men and a woman) rang the doorbell of an apartment around 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
A 70-year-old man opened the door. He thought it was his 89-year-old mom's boyfriend, but instead it was a masked man and woman in Amazon vests.
They shoved their way inside, and one of them held the 70-year-old son at gunpoint while they demanded money. They then zip-tied his 89-year-old mom's hands and ransacked the place.
I'm sending it over to NYP for this next part so I don't spit out my coffee.
They ransacked the Bainbridge Avenue and East 199th Street unit before grabbing the son's cell phone, a home phone, a wallet, credit cards and a measly $24, according to cops and sources.

Both victims were treated at the scene for minor injuries, and the suspects fled on foot and remain at large. Surveillance video shows them casually strolling away in their Amazon gear holding empty Amazon boxes.
And to think, these criminals are going to have to split that burrito three ways!
